agreed i loved the overall vibe and osts too but hated the main leads even the side couples were nice

ALSO i don't think people hate this ending because it's a sad one, there are so many explanations left to do, and its incomplete such a perfectly well-balanced drama where every episode was top tier until the finale

The message that nothing lasts forever it might be true but it's one of the saddest tropes for me
the writer wanted to portray that till the end love comes and goes it's there to help you through a certain period in your life but not this kind of love they were so perfect it could have easily been a happy ending

I dont really find it extremely depressive this looks more on the dramatic side with a modern twist however the problem lies with execution of some story lines i'm still liking it regardless
