Totally! He did things for her because he wanted to, but now some people seem to think she owes it to him. If LBY was not handsome, he would probably get away with far less (and maybe get more heat than he does now)! I love her character because she didn't fall for him right away, and honestly who can blame her? These episodes have shown us he can be scary/cruel when he wants to be😂

I totally agree with you! I'm normally a lurker but had to chime in on this one. I usually watch dramas with Viki comments on, but for this one I had to turn them off as everyone was putting CSS through the wringer. It's interesting that both LBY and CSS are flawed (which is why they're such great characters!) but CSS is definitely held to a higher standard and criticized far more (despite her age and upbringing). CSS may have kept the incident a secret from him, but LBY has far more secrets he's keeping if people were to keep score like that. What people don't remember is that CSS did not love LBY right away from the beginning, and that it will take time for her to feel comfortable confiding in him. It's unfortunate that the focus is on CSS flaws instead of on how two imperfect people learn to love each other.
