Ep 12 goes to Lee Dong Wook & Yoo In Na. They STOLE THE SHOW/overshadowed everyone else. So proud of my 2…
Well, KSH's acting were very on point. There were nuances that she was able to show that she really looked like she was really feeling the part however, when it cut to YIA there were a sudden drop of emotion. It wasn't awkward but it was underwhelming.
thinking about watching this drama. but I have a question, is there any romance going on between the goblin and…
There are but you should give it a look. Kim Go Eun just look like a teenage girl here but, imo, they managed to have a great chemistry. Is it worth it? Well, if you want a fresh theme, maybe, but I have to admit it's sort of a Cinderella type setting. It's still good, though.
I thought it sucked. I'm surprised you gave it a higher rating. I just breezed through the entire half of the series because I thought the plot was just running in circles. It was really sad because the theme seemed so endearing. I hope they remake this and give it a better writing.
I don't know what to say about this movie. It didn't inspire me to be anything but just made me melancholic. It was a definite ending, there is really nothing you could do for her to relieve her of her situation. Rather, it was more of a glimpse into her vantablack world. Great cast, overall.
I don't know why people hate Eun Tak. I love her character. She's very considerate, though I think she's…
The way she acts, her being jealous and insecure, is parallel to real women her age being in love. That's why I like it because I hear stories from my male friends how their girlfriends would turn a simple sentence into a conspiracy theory and they would be like "what??" So, it's either that you are just very mature in handling relationships or you had your first relationship when you were older so you escaped the whims of teenage hormonal relationshits but what she does is very real and many relationships, I really should know because I acted like her on my first one, have experienced that kind of behavior from the female. It's really funny from the third-person perspective. Hahaha

I guess I agree with you that Eun Tak probably has no idea how to maturely deal with love. But! I find it funny most times. We just have different preferences, I guess. :)
I find that goblin and eun tak r/s is not e healthy one... goblin does not do his work anymore as a protector…
I'm sorry if my comment came across as rude, it was not my intention and I made sure I constructed it without any antagonistic undertones. I merely shared another perspective that might help her, or not, understand Eun Tak's character more in the same way that her comment made me think about Eun Tak. But like you said, this is a comment section where people freely discuss ideas. Once you comment, you should expect people to agree/disagree/apethize to your comment. That said, I do agree with healthy discussions where people refrain from flinging insults. Again, I'm sorry if I had come across as rude it was really not my intention.
Disclaimer: I am only on ep. 7 (literally have been trying to finish it for 3 days) and reserve the right to change…
Hahahaha. You're right. Kim Shin himself is guilty of immaturity, heck even the Grim Reaper sometimes. If we consider that, Sunny is really the only main at her right mindset, but then she's the only normal person.

I think Kim Shin's sight of her future (when she was 29) opens up the possibility that maybe they'd part ways and meet again when their mental age is significantly nearer. Though, I agree with you that she is immature, there are still 6 episodes to go for her character to develop. I guess we can agree to disagree. Thank you for sharing your thoughts. :)
I don't know why people hate Eun Tak. I love her character. She's very considerate, though I think she's very insecure. Understandably so. I believe the last time she felt loved was when her mother bought her a cake. Also, she's very youthful, that is, immature. I don't know anyone who didn't act like her when they first fell in love, more so considering she's 19. I think Kim Go Eun does a great job with her portrayal.
As for their age difference, Eun Tak is 19 here while Kim Shin is 939, though he looks 30~ish. I guess that's the biggest shocker considering there are 300~ generation difference between Kim Shin and Eun Tak. So whether Kim Shin looks 30 despite being 939 does not matter if you consider his real age. All in all, I really ship these two and also this drama. It's not the best by any means but it does get me hooked. However, I don't think it quite deserve the 9.2 yet.

In my opinion, Ji Eun Tak is behaving exactly as she should, a girl who has a dysfunctional family. Remember when Kim Shin told her he's afraid to ask her questions because she always have a sad story for an answer? It's because she does. She never had an alive friend to talk to, as shown in episode 1. When her mother died, her childhood probably died as well. I'm sure you saw how she took care and cooked for her aunt's family. Yet, she proactively worked for freedom by looking for a part-time job and studying hard (not depicted enough, though). As for Kim Shin, well, she was her first love. Who acted sane when they fell in love the first time? And considering that he's an immortal who has lived for almost a millennia without forgetting every death of his loved ones, I'd be surprised if he's sane.
So yeah, I guess none of them are healthy. The context itself is unhealthy. "A lonely, abused, ghost-seeing girl got her life turned around when she meets a Goblin" That probably doesn't happen in real life. While Goblin might share some useful pieces of love advice, you should take it with a grain of salt.
That said, I'm not saying that you're wrong. You do have points. However, please consider the context of drama. From the start, it didn't aim to tell you a love story between two normal people. It's a fantasy drama, it shows a love between a missing soul and a goblin. From that perspective, it does a great job.
