Okay,I loved this series because it was breaking so many toxic bl tropes. The characters of Pat and Pran are so well written, the whole series did not have any bad scene, everything made sense, there was no unnecessary drama. Until the preview of the 12th episode.
If they do what is shown in the preview, no matter how much people romanticisize the 'separation' thing, then the whole series will lose its own core. Because that decision goes against everything, against the plot, against the characters, against the whole fandom who loved the series because it was different. Why would you do that?
If there was some indication that there will be unecessary drama, then it should have been hinted since the beginning. Hear me out, I did not think that there won't be sad moments, but the break up thing does not go along with any of the decisions or actions Pat and Pran made. It's like you have Pat and Pran from alternative universe. I understand that they can't be truly happy until their parents get along. I read so many comments how their decision is okay, because they can't leave their parents unhappy. What? Have their parents ever thought of their feelings? No. Have their parents regretted their behaviours or the things they said? No. Have they put themselves or their kids first? Themselves. Why should Pat and Pran sacrifice their relationship, instead of fighting and thinking of any other way except the break up?
It's like they suddenly switched directors, because the next episode is not what previous 11 episodes were at all. If they are doing this because of the season2, then this was a very poor way of dealing with it. The series loses its concept, its main ideas if they do the separation thing. There were other ideas on how to make the season2, if they want it that much. But, the quality is always better, and more appreciated. And the preview is not quality.
