I'm restarting at ep 14. Did the story get any better in later episodes. I think they lost me at the love triangle.

their romantic angle isn't forced, however there isn't much more to the story up until episode 13 which shows there may be something else tragic that happened in the past.

Rou Rou is the best sister or female supporting character. Her *character is like a beam of love and light in this series

watching this drama is very frustrating but just interesting enough to keep me watching. there are no likable characters in this series for me. lol, they are either naive or manipulative. I was hoping for smarter, stronger characters

smart enough to get the job done, strong enough not to be a floor mat.

this series equally frustrated me as My Happy Ending did.

too much comedy or silliness and drag. episodes 1-5 could have been one episode.

rewatching before watching S2 because I can't remember how it ended. I started rewatching at ep37, it's as if I'm seeing it for the first time.

such good writing I hope S2 can match S1

it was a good waste of time.
the writer was awful to the female lead. she was a floor mat and I don't think her character was ever redeemed.
yeh she ends up successful but was traumatized the whole way there with no real support. all the women in the series are annoying, all the men except for 2 characters were selfish manipulators. there was no good character in this series. I found only one character had any substantial character development. this was a very dysfunctional series about a highly dysfunctional family.
but it was a decent watch

so refreshing to watch a family drama that's not about them being poor, in debt and struggling to get by.
