That is why they threw in the story with her friend Young Hee, I think her name was, that she got pregnant despite knowing that she will die. She knew that if she had a lover she would die, and she made her choice, an accepted it and made the best of it while it last. Therefore, Deok Im knew she was the Kings and he loved her deeply. So, she should of stop living in that fantasy world and in the past, accepted her present, and made the best of it, because she still had her friends and much more freedom than any other woman the King had. She was still somewhat free. So just as her friend had said she did even want to become a court lady but made the best of it while reaping whatever benefits came with it; Deok Im should have done the same.

Even so, if you really love someone; be it good or bad, you will want to be with that person again, just this time around making the best of it or changing the way you went about doing certain things or by just enjoying the little blessings you had with that person again. (Try seeing it as if it’s you with someone you love). So even with that explanation you gave, it was still wrong for her to say something like that and still come and say I love you. It contradicts each other.
This was a beautiful drama. 100% recommend it for everyone to watch.🤩💯👍 One thing that disappointed me with Deok Im was the fact that after everything that happened between her and the king being good or dad, she could look the king in his eyes and tell him that she would rather that he passed her by than reunite with him after death. That was like a slap in the face for me and the king, and that just sums up the whole storyline for me right there. She hated him and she blames him for reuining her life because that is the worst thing you could say to a person especially your husband on your death bed. That is not romantic at all. 😑

Excellent drama! 100% perfection! I highly recommend it for everyone to watch, it doesn't have any kissing, but trust me u won't miss it at all. Just pure love and affection.

I don’t mind the drama, it has a nice storyline and everything which I like, but it is the actors especially the ML. He is too stiff man! He has no emotions or feel to him at all. The FL is the only one trying to carry the show along with the other actors who is not so great either. Plus, like I said before, the production and the visual FX are too slow and dry for me. I want to give it a go, but I cannot make any promises :/
