I really don't understand why the region lock series and movies..

Thank you for all this information, it gives me more hope that this could still happen.
I honestly forget that most of the time these series come from novels/manga. I usually don't read the novels because I have a hard time finding good translations, so my brain tends to forget that 😅
I also saw some people saying they think she is focusing on the two series she has coming out this year and that maybe she'll refocus on that next year.
At least there is still some hope, that makes my heart happy 😊

I know I seem to be in the minority based on the other comments, but I'm loving this series so far 😊
There is obviously room for improvement, but this series has done a great job of pulling me into the story. I'm super invested and wish it was already next weekend so I could watch the next episodes!

I love the main couple, but Renjie and Thor are super adorable 🥰 I hope we get more development from both couples next week!

That is so sad 🥺 I was looking forward to their series, especially because of how they left their story in Don't Say No. This is why I don't like when series end on a cliffhanger. You are banking on getting another season and they if you don't the fans just have to make up the ending in their head, which is definitely not the same.

Rewatching I'm pretty sure your right because for a split second before it goes back to the mom, it shows the dad turn like he is leaving. I didnt see that before. Regardless that scene makes me uncomfortable, but it makes me feel a little better knowing I was wrong. About the words repeated: In the end scene, Syu Jing Hao puts his hands in You Chengs boxers, says something about still knowing to cover, and then says move your hands away. Both of those sentences are almost exactly what his Dad said to him in the shower. Right after Jing Hao says that you see his smile fall and it flashes back to the shower, so that is definitely what triggered him and caused him to have a panic attack at the end.

Finally getting around to watching this series! I'm excited cause I'm watching Krist in Be My Favorite and he is such a good actor! Plus, I've heard this series is really good 😊

As much as I dont want this lie to drag out any longer, I also feel like 2 episodes isnt enough to wrap up all that is happening..

I love this series, but its gone from a show that entertains me each week to one that stresses me out more with each episode ?
I understand why Meena kept up the lie for so long, to make sure the dad got the health check up, but still its getting so aggravating! Just when I think she'll finally tell the truth, the preview for episode 9 makes it seem like the Aunt is going to try to convince her not to tell. I pray I am wrong cause that'll drive me crazy!
I feel like I am the only one who didn't like Arthit from the beginning. I didnt hate him, but I thought he was a jerk. Aside from thinking he was a loving brother, I didnt like his character. He was always treating Cathy like crap in my opinion and I didnt understand why Cathy liked him so much that she'd keep going back. Meena I got, she was only seeing glimpes of him and saw him through umbrella shapes glasses. Cathy though... I just dont get it. Now he's gone from a character I didnt really care about to a character I hate. He is such an asshole!
Some of his anger I do believe is justified. While I love Than and Meena, Than is definitely crossing a line. We the viewers may know that Meena isn't really together with Arthit, but Than doesnt. Than has been actively pursuing a woman he believes is in a relationship with his brother. He goes out of his way to try and "accidentally" bump into her and flirts with her almost every time they meet. Even if Meena starts it sometimes, he shouldn't reciprocate. It's honestly really messed up. I get that maybe he feels he missed his chance because of the umbrella thing or maybe because Arthit could be cheating he thinks its justified.. who knows.
But as I said, I feel like some anger is justified. I still dont feel sorry for Arthit though because episode 8 showed that its less about Than going behind his back with a woman he believes he is dating. Its more about the fact that this woman is choosing Than over Arthit, that she is bringing happiness to Than's life and he cant have that. He doesnt like loosing anything to Than for some reason and also seems to enjoy making Than sad. Honestly, if their mom does actually get Than a car I could see Arthit doing something to it.. I just really hope the mom pulls her head out of her ass and finally sees what a horrible person she is to Than and that her son is worse than she is!
On that note, can someone please go off on this woman already! I'm just waiting for Than or anyone in the family to finally have enough and blow up at her! That is one reason why this family is pissing me off. Nobody ever stands up for Than and how she treats him. Yes they may make comments, but they never actually get in her face about it. All of them have let him go his whole like being pushed to the side by both her and Arthit and all they ever do is occasionally make a comment. They are never even that angry about it they just make side comments and then let the conversation move along. Nobody, not even the dad who clearly loves Than alot, has really stood up to her and tried to make her understand that what she does and says is wrong.
I get that fighting with family is hard, but how have they not realized that this has made him feel alienated and lonely. How has nobody ever said 'this is the reason he never eats with us' or 'this is the reason he rarely comes home to see us' whenever his mom mentions either of those things. While Than is flawed too, I feel so sorry for him ? Its not like he asked to lose his dad or for them to adopt him. I dont understand why the mom treats him as bad as she does ?
The only one I'm not really angry at at all is Alan. He is just a kid and I can understand how hard it would be to stand up to your mother. I'm so glad we get Alan and Khaotung as a side couple because they are like a breath of fresh air whenever they are on screen. They help my sooth all the the stress the rest of the episode has caused my mind ? Seriously though, they are super cute! It's so adorable watching Khaotung come around to her feelings for Alan while also still trying to deny them ?

Despite all that, I still really love the series and am anticipating the final episodes!

I swear we need to petition for a special episode after this series is over! I know its called Step By Step, but now I feel like we've taken 2 steps back when they literally just got together! Unless its been longer than it seems, its hard to tell cause they never tell how much time has passed 🙄
Seriously though, they couldnt just give us one whole happy episode before more drama.. We've waited 9 episodes to finally see them together and we get like 30 minutes and the writers are like 'ok thats enough'.. Why 🥺😫
Also Jen and Jaab are driving me crazy! What do you mean Jaab is dating someone... seriously?? Why cant people ever just talk to each other!
Though the time jumps with no explanation of how long its been is getting annoying, I really do love this series! Its been amazing so far, at least to me. Man and Ben have such amazing chemistry 😍 Their intimate scenes felt so natural 🥰

I feel the same way, for me though its the secret about what happened and why Ren disappeared. Because we dont know yet, my mind is coming up with worst case scenarios which are causing my uneasiness..

Yeah, this short film had such an interesting storyline. I really wish it could have been a full movie so we could have gotten more of the story, characters, and backgrounds of characters.

These two episodes definitely drew me in more to the story. I'm loving it so far! They still dont really differentiate between past moments and present, but it was easier to follow in these episodes.
My only concern is that Arthit woke up now in episode 4.. Only because it means we have potentially 4-6, depending on when she finally comes clean, of her lieing to this family..
One thing that is annoying me though, is the amount of times Meena has started to tell someone the truth and gotten interrupted 🙄 And whenever she does have a chance to talk and tell the truth she's changed her mind and furthers the lie.
Its a small thing, but seriously can we stop with that now lol
