Personally, I wouldn't even think about putting the kiss scene at the end of episode 30 into any drama. However, I don't think that the kiss was incestuous, mainly due to the fact that it was not carried out with any romantic intentions on both ends.
Mi Young was merely asked to put lip marks on Joong Hee's face and although the lip kiss was weird, it didn't carry any sexual feelings... what would be very disturbing is if they had a long, passionate kiss. I can understand the director was attempting to use the kiss as a plot device to drive the feelings between our lead couple but it probably wasn't the best approach since we have different cultural definitions of a kiss.
Looking at the most recent episode, it's clear Joong Hee does not want to pursue a romantic relationship with Mi Young based on the misunderstanding that they are related. Obviously, this implies he had no underlying intentions in the kiss scene. Sometimes we have to watch a drama entirely before we can jump to a certain conclusion.
