More inconsistencies with timelines in this show. A couple of weeks ago we found out that HS is 35 y.o. In multiple past episodes there's mention of 24 years since the Lee siblings daddy dearest abandoned the family. In episode 35 HS says she was 9 when he left, previously she's only given a school level iirc. That makes it 26 years ago that he left. TH says that he was orphaned at 30, if the 'accident' happened 3 yrs ago then he's 33 & not the 34 I think I saw in another episode. I know I'm being picky but viewers remember these trivial things better than writers it seems.Also former TV anchor lady SK needs to get over her superiority complex.

I'm at episode 5 and I'm not sure how many more episodes I can handle. Angelababy is not a very good actor. She was in 27 movies before this drama, so why is her acting in General and I so woeful?

Just finished episode 9 & I have so many feels for BD, DS & Mi Ran. As kids the 3 were broken by the adults around them in their town & they have struggled to heal themselves since, whether they realise it or not. And the town continues to do that interfering moral policing thing that small towns worldwide so often do.

That fashion show episode should've had a viewer warning at the start. Something like Viewer discretion is advised due to possibility of too much laughter at certain scenes. That hair was a significant comedic character in the episode. 😁

Kathryn said that's what they call her on Dramabeans. I think dragons are cool too, but they have a fierce reputation. She looks like she's about to flame up when Hyo Do rings her. 🤣

I usually FF through the dumb and dumber scenes but today I wanted to see the aftermath of HD getting beaten up by Yeom. It didn't disappoint, after TH said she'd cut ties with Taesan Group HD could see his meal ticket for life disappearing before his lazy greedy eyes. In his quest to change that he promised to call dragon mum often & I lost it, totally roared laughter. The 2 worst mothers meet in episode 33 & I hope the subs are done earlier than usual. 🤣

I wish Australia had Kocowa. There was a glitch on Viki a few weeks ago & Kocowa stuff was available. It all disappeared just as I clicked on something. 😣

I remember reading a couple of articles early-ish last year that said Sth Korea was moving to the international standard for ages from July 2023. No more January 1 everyone is a year older since then.

I thoroughly enjoyed this show that I found on Prime by chance. As a crime thriller it held its own, my first Chinese police thriller. Filmed partly in Myanmar I think. Recommended if you want a show without fluff and the romance mostly hinted at. Binged while isolating due to Covid was an easy choice I'm glad I made.

I have watched on my Android phone. There's 2 Sth Korea VPNs in play store, South Korea VPN and VPN Korea. Privacy browsers work best. Carbon browser works best for me, others are Dolphin, In browser, Incognito, Firefox Private mode sometimes.

And what if HS and Hannah Young share the same father? Maybe he had another family. To be 'in decline' a high class sex worker would be mid to late 30s, she'd be a similar age or a little older compared to HS. My not very plausible spur of the moment idea. 🫣💩
