I agree that Gawin deserves more (I truly believe he should have been one of the first RISER artists), but have you ever considered that maybe HE doesn’t want this kind of popularity? Can you imagine how draining it actually is to constantly be in the public eye? Also don’t drag others down, most of them don’t deserve that. Most of them are not singers at all and never were and they are doing their best. And most of them are fine actors, they’re not great or amazing, but they aren’t bad. Don’t get me wrong, there ARE bad ones, but not most.

However explicit it will be, it will be too explicit for people to watch a sixteen year old. There are hints at explicit scenes in the teaser, so unless the creators remove all of them because of the audience’s reaction, the series will have explicit scenes, and if it doesn’t, then there is no point in this series whatsoever. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, I don’t understand why you all think that you have the right to share yours and we don’t. Most of us aren’t hating the series btw, we are questioning the casting choice.

"Why do everyone assume it will have any sex in it?" Becuse it's an ADAPTATION of a NOVEL, that a lot of people have read? It's not a remake of Stay with me, which is a CENSORED Chinese adaptation. Thailand is not exactly known for complitely censoring their adaptations.
Maybe read the novel and watch the teaser first then judge us for judging the casting choice.

If they don’t include explicit scenes then what’s the point of this series in the first place? We already have 2 Chinese versions, one completely censored to the point of a bromance, the other one censored after the fact. Both cancelled after season 1. Do we really need another censored version?
Honestly, I wish I didn’t know how old Mac is, coz I was pretty excited about the Thai adaptation, hoping for a full story finally.
Yeah, it’s acting, sure, but we all know that in Thai BL industry it doesn’t just stop when the filming is done. They WILL appear at events together and WILL "pretend" to be more than friends or "brothers" and that bothers me.
Also, have you seen the teaser? They show somewhat explicit scenes already.
Addicted is not about puppy love like Love Sick which also has very young actors, and I have absolutely no problems with that.
Anyway the company clearly got what they wanted with this casting, people are TALKING about this series. Highly doubt it would have gotten this much attention if the casting was more age appropriate.

You do realise that it’s LIVE? Which means that it’s mostly unscripted. Can you imagine how much work that would be? I do understand that you probably mean the BTS videos, but they are also unscripted and very difficult to translate considering how much they all talk (maybe someday they will find someone who'll be willing to translate for little pay, coz i really doubt that the translators get payed a lot). Yeah, they give subs for their presentations and concerts, but those don’t happen that often and to be honest those subs are mostly useless. Be grateful that they give us English subtitles for series right away now, a couple of years ago we had to wait days for the subtitles. Some companies still don’t provide English subtitles for their series. Don’t be greedy.
