Mostly when people mention Qs they are talking about filming days (Q1 = day 1 of filming), but Q can also mean quarter like I explained earlier. The trailer that is out is what is usually called a PILOT trailer which is filmed to show the basic storyline in order to attract fans and sponsors. It’s just a bunch of random scenes filmed and put together quickly.
A fitting is basically when they take pictures for posters and promo photos.

This series was Boun’s idea from the start, he at least partially wrote the original script. Not sure what happened once he moved to GMM. They may have witten the script and the book at the same time🤷🏻‍♀️ But it’s not based on the book, it’s based on Boun’s original idea))

Pretty sure it’s the other way round) The book is a novelisation of the series/script.
