In '02, who would have thought the safe had two layers? Although Manager Qian seemed strange, they assumed his issue was just petty gains & corruption. Wu Shanlong was telling people he did the deed himself 😂and DNA found in his place. He is dead now, they assumed it’s him. Just my viewpoint.
