GOTD started with “1 free episode” (at the beginning) and the rest were VIP membership releasing 1 VIP episode + 1 express episode per day. This forced people to buy membership (and express early on) in order to watch. Everything cost money for GOTD, even making bullet comments. They suppressed their heat (and changed to one episode per day schedule) forcing his fans to keep spending money and bringing in viewers. WHD fans are known to be very passionate and will spend money on him, unlike some other fandoms.
season 2 will be a total flop if they don't cast the same people specially Wang hedi
Wang Hedi is a loyal person. If they want him in season 2 i think they already discussed it. But if they didn’t book him yet, it would be hard because he is so busy. I think he will travel out of Dafeng and meet no. 5,7,8. There will be new characters/acotrs.

Season 2 might be new crew as he quit Guardians and probably leave Dafeng for a bit. Don’t know if they booked Dylan for season 1&2 back in2022. It would be hard to book him now. His 2025 schedule was determined in 2022 or early 2023. However, he said in his interview Xu Qi’an and him will meet again. 😄
