season 2 will be a total flop if they don't cast the same people specially Wang hedi
Wang Hedi is a loyal person. If they want him in season 2 i think they already discussed it. But if they didn’t book him yet, it would be hard because he is so busy.
I think he will travel out of Dafeng and meet no. 5,7,8. There will be new characters/acotrs.

Yes, it gives us a strong hint of season 2, hope with same cast, no change as everyone are already in contact
Season 2 might be new crew as he quit Guardians and probably leave Dafeng for a bit. Don’t know if they booked Dylan for season 1&2 back in2022. It would be hard to book him now. His 2025 schedule was determined in 2022 or early 2023. However, he said in his interview Xu Qi’an and him will meet again. 😄

Her character improved later on, but overall, she didn’t have a lot of screen time.
The drama is not about her. In fact it’s all about him. If you don’t like anything else and only focus on her in the drama, then maybe it’s not for you? Also this is not a romance drama.

The drama is still airing and the score can change. Tencent already started the express package yesterday and changed the schedule to no episodes Sun and Mon to deliberately push express packages. The views are further reduced.

It doesn’t matter the number of ads, what matters are the seconds for duration of the ads.
