The screenwriter is very clever like you got 2 episodes we've got to see all the characters and past stories but still, it's complicated. It's a web of events like Memorist(it was fun to watch except for the ending)

Oh Bong Yi - the girl who is Jae hoon step sister
Jung Ba reum - Head Hunter's son - kindergarten kid
Sung Yo Han - The other lady sun (who bets 1%) - who killed stepdad
Moo Chi - We'll know him
Choi Hong Ju (reporter) - small girl in ep 1 who called the lady in phonebooth

JBR and MC team (mouse) up together while SYH and Head hunter makes the other team(snake)
And also JBR - actual psychopath but not a killer
SYH - Genius of 1% but become the killer (you remember the boy has IQ 160 and wanted to be a doctor)
The Priest seems suspicious too but he might be the accomplice

See the biggest twist of the drama may be the Ba Reum is the actual mastermind behind all these try to team up with moochi to find the killer ..but it's very complicated here so anything can't be said for sure

For meeting head hunter

See the doctor guy was in the present in the prison (brown coat) and also the doctor is not Seo Jun son it's just the writer confusing us

You remember there was a brown coat person standing while the doctor got the phone I supposedly it's the doctor who was there in prison that's why he may have met head hunter and killed Chi Kook and took his watch something like that but sure he was there.
And also you are right the little girl is the reporter that's why she's obsessed with case

That may be some point in story for Ba Reum being close with Bong yi remember she too has some dark past it many be a connection at last

Amazing prediction, Head Hunter son is Jang Bareum for sure as we could see her mother didn't remarry anyone (mostly) and also I feel Jang Bareum may be pretending to be weak and set this all up using the enmity of Moo Chi and Head hunter. I remember of flower of evil when Do Hyun soo dad understood his own son is not capable he choses Baek hee Sung I think here too it's possible

I'm wondering who's the doctor guy ?? and you see in asianwiki he's jae hoon even I'm confused there are gonna be two children one of head hunter and one of that lady's whose husband dies now who's Jang Ba reum and who's the killer is gonna be the mystery here
I feel the doctor guy here is Jae Hoon remember the teacher told that he wants to be a doctor
