It's not necessarily negative comments, but criticism mostly on what went wrong, everyone can see they are just dragging the show by adding more plot points, just too much alcohol tbh and as a drama watcher even though it has positives, and I too enjoyed the drama, but this sort of unwanted storyline just overshadows that good points.

If JW has PTSD and also had a panic attack in first operation, how they let him be alone in next operation. Why did Dr Bin not stand beside him (he's not even that busy) during the operation to help him out, like what if JW suffers from panic attack mid operation?, and like when he comes out and tells I need some more time, they're like why? - I mean he obviously needs some time, trauma doesn't go over-night. It's like if you fear heights, let's go sky diving to overcome it :) ... for me JW makes the most sense in the drama
