I think ending was perfect as you have observed in past episodes ML was pretending all the time learning how to smile, loving his family was also an act he even told his sister that, so in the end he finally got his justice and now starts over with his family which he will love and cherish for real!

Sadly KSH had rejected the offer and 90% MGY did too. They aren't changing cast or anything coz so many actors rejected this drama!!
