From the way I see, no one really hates the FL, the MIL likes her in fact, but she knows that her own daughter can be troublesome for the FL, so she is constantly trying to resist their marriage. And as far as the SIL is concerned, she is shown here to be quite immature, so, everybody including the ML's family and FL's family knows about her character and knows how to deal with her. Noone really cares about the SIL's hatred towards FL.

Thnx for your spoiler, I literally felt the same as like comment guy after watching 8 episodes, I was so sad that he will be get rejected (being the supposed 2nd lead) and so I had planned to leave this series then and there.. Your blanketed spoiler forced me to watch 2 more episodes and that was the gamechanger for me.
