I initially gave it a 5/10, but I’m going to drop that to a 4, maybe even a 3/10. I honestly found the ending rushed and bad. They even try to make us believe that the gambling addict became a “successful writer” 😀
Honestly, I always felt like the relationship was forced here. The actors—especially Hyewon—seemed uncomfortable and shy, and it’s really obvious. Maybe it’s because these were her first kissing scenes, but I’d be very surprised if we see Hyewon again in a Japanese drama in the future.
I love the chemistry between Changyu and M. Li so much that, honestly, I would have loved them to end up together if Zhang Linghe weren’t the male lead. The two of them have such great chemistry. 😊
