Episode 25: What a complete mess this Situ Ling is. He literally doesn't give a damn about Fu Yue. All he ever thinks about is Ming Yi—who, by the way, couldn’t care less about him. Poor Fu Yue. 🥲🥲 And to think we’re going to have to sit through all the drama…
The fight at the end of episode 2 between Su Mu Yu and Mu Yinzhen was absolutely insane. Su Mu Yu’s sword technique is just next level—so powerful and precise. It’s truly breathtaking to watch.
I'll never get over it. It's the greatest OST in history. My eyes are watering. I can't forget this tragedy. Suzy, you're going to kill me one day. https://youtu.be/vFr8eTRcbJo?si=4s8rkFqtMiVeiYr5
Alright, now that the drama is over, can we talk about what went wrong here? I won’t lie — this was a drama I’d been waiting for ever since it was announced 8 or 9 months ago, especially knowing that Shin Ye Eun would be starring alongside Kim Dami. Obviously, I already knew Kim Dami would be the female lead here. What really surprised me was the announcement of the male lead. At first, Heo Nam Jun didn’t seem to be listed as a main actor (at least, that’s how I remember it). Then later on, we found out it was going to be a trio. I had a feeling it wasn’t going to be great, because he’s still clearly an inexperienced actor. I think I’ve seen him in maybe one or two dramas, but always in supporting roles, and he never stood out enough for me to think, “Oh yeah, I could totally see him as a lead.” There are a lot of cases like that in Korean cinema, where you seriously wonder, “WTF? At what point did someone think this person was ready for a lead role?”
It’s a 16-episode drama. Honestly, I’m not really used to that anymore, but so far I love it. I really hope CEO Pyo and his son get out of the picture soon and that we don’t have to deal with them for all 16 episodes.
I was wondering where I’d seen her before, but she acted in *Our Beloved Summer* and *Tell Me That You Love Me*. That’s where I know her from. But seriously, I thought she was like 17. I just saw she’s 36 😭😭. Okay, maybe 17 is a stretch, but she really looks super young.
I was just going to post asking in which episode does that mofo finally die? I know he’s lower on the totem…
ChatGPT a dit : Lord Hanfeng, that Twilight vampire, gives up the ghost and ascends to the heavens in episode 22 after his battle with Ji Bozai, where he clearly didn’t see the light. Fart to his soul 😞

Yes, very clearly, he's completely obsessed with her, but on the other hand, I seriously doubt that Ming Yi is interested in him or that anyone will turn her into someone who is.
It was obvious that Mu Qi Bai wasn't going to play a big role here, but I didn't expect him to kill him so quickly. On the other hand, Situ Ling is clearly going to have his place in the ML-FL duo.
