Kim Hyung Mook, who plays Albert's father and was also the Chinese king in “BYM,” is just so funny. I feel like I'm going to laugh so much with him. The scene where he starts sipping his coffee literally had me in stitches.
But am I the only one who noticed this, or is the makeup just horrible? For most of the women, their faces have this white-and-red look with all that blush—it’s awful, especially on Nora and Bok Hee.
Episode 1: I loved this first episode to kick off the drama and was happy to see my little fairy “Choi Ji Su (Nora)” again. However, is Yuna just a cameo or is she in the whole drama? Because at the end there are credits for the cameo.
Well, after these two episodes, I really get the feeling this is going to be a mid-tier drama. Honestly, it doesn’t excite me, and I love Hyeyoon, but the gumiho storyline is something we’ve seen over and over again. You can already tell what’s coming: the villain will have Lee Yun as an accomplice, they’ll try to capture the gumiho, and that’s it. So yeah, for now I’m not really into it—but it’s only been two episodes.
Well, after eight episodes, I have two prime suspects: - The band's manager - Hye Ju's father. I even wonder if the two might be accomplices and if the manager was hired by Hye Ju's father. In any case, I'm sure both victims were killed by the same person. I really don't believe that Woo Seong's murder and Jae Hee's accident were carried out by two different people. Now, why would the manager want to do that? That's what I'm wondering most, actually.
I don't understand why the drama only has a rating of 7.7. Calm down, it was released less than a day ago, not many people have had time to watch all 12 episodes. Believe me, it won't stay like that.
I predict that this drama will be rated around 8.5–8.7, even if it doesn’t really work out. GYJ has one of the most solid fan bases in the entertainment industry. I’m telling you, there’s no way this drama will get a rating lower than 8.2. Listen to me carefully: if that happens, I’ll delete my “MDL” account. I can already see it coming—accounts created just 5 minutes ago giving it a 10/10 simply because they’re GYJ fans. 😀
I just finished the last few episodes, and I'd say the drama lost some of its intensity after episodes 25-26. It had to end, and I won't lie—it was getting tiresome to see Shanbao always finding excuses to reject Lu Jiang Lai. The beginning of the drama was the best part; I loved it. It's still pretty cool, so I'll give it an 8.5/10.
Neo Hou has been filming his next drama since November. It's called “The Cicada In Blood” or “Immortalis.” He never rests, actually. He finished “KTFH” on November 5 and started filming another project on the 27th.
