Why do I always find it hard to tell the difference between Park Ju Hyun and Jung Chae Yeon, and yet they don't look alike, but several times I've thought it was the other and vice versa.
I'm launching the kdrama, but on a positive note, they've released all the episodes, and thankfully so. Because releasing 1 or 2 episodes for a kdrama that's 3-4 years old, no thanks.
I'm stopping the kdrama after these first 3 episodes. I really don't like it, I think it's bad and I'm sorry but I'm really not a fan of “Kang Hoon”. I already didn't like him in “Dear Hyeri” and I don't like him here, I don't think I'll ever like him. Some actors are just like that, even though we have nothing against them.
I've just finished episode 3, and I literally don't understand it at all. I really don't find it interesting and even the atmosphere of the drama isn't creepy enough for me. Friendly Rivalry had 100 times the creepiness.
I liked this 3rd episode, it was really cool and beautiful and the ost d'outre is really incredible. On the other hand, are they making fun of me? Where's my Ji Hye Won fairy? So she's not the main character.
Honestly, you should have thought about the Nam Goong Min/Jeon Yeo Been pairing, it's just incredible. I loved Nam Goong Min's character in “My dearest”, literally one of the best kdrama characters, just magical.
On the other hand, I didn't quite understand. He celebrates Christmas in episode 8 of the kdrama, except that filming ended in April. Does that mean that the last two episodes lasted 4 months? From January to April? That's impossible.
S1 took 8 months for filming and was released almost a year later. If we go by this pattern, almost 19 months,…
Ha ha ha, I've just come to the same conclusion. Looking at season 1 and the 8-month shoot and 11-month post-production. There's no way season 2 will be released in 2026. Unless filming is shorter and post-production too, but I don't see how it could be done in 6 months max.
So basically, filming would start at the beginning of July 2025. For broadcast in 2026. 100% sure it'll be for the summer of 2026, given that netflix takes 50 years to do pre-production it's even a miracle it's not 2027. Sometimes it takes them 1 year just to do post-production. The first season took 8 months to shoot (from June 2020 to February 2021) for a January 2022 release. That gives us 11 months of post-production, and if we calculate here normally the shoot should last between 7-8 months. From the beginning of July to February - March 2026, not counting post-production which lasts min 10-12 months with netflix. How can we actually be looking at a 2026 release? I seriously don't get it. Unless filming is short and post-production short too.
Ever since the kdrama was announced and the roles and plot were announced, I'd said it was going to be a nugget. Anyway, it's always been this kind of kdrama that made me love Korean culture and kdramas. Love, hallyu, 0 Western scenes, pure clichés, a beautiful romance with good actors and, of course, a magnificent soundtrack.
Who said kdrama was underrated? There are literally 22,714 viewers following the kdrama, which is the second most popular at the moment after “Good Boy”.
