I researched many academic articles and found that psychiatry is bullshit.
A lot can be healed with lifestyle changes instead of focusing on medications first. Therapy can also help some patients. Both take time, money (maybe) and effort, sadly, so many opt for the "easier" solution even if it has many drawbacks. Meds can be useful in critical moments if someone is at risk of ending their life right there and then but long term it's not a solution you'd want to stay on if you can avoid it.
I watched this drama years ago, I still think about it tons of times a year. xD idk this drama was just.. so meaningful/perfect timing for me in many ways when I watched it back then, haha.. I even bought the OST from Japan as I loved the OST, too. I only get so many happy feelings whenever I think about it or rewatch certain scenes, haha.
