This is not an accusation. It is a fact that on two different weeks, her flower count dropped and then it was noticed that chunks of accounts were removed by MDL! It is a fact that there were some 40 to 50 new accounts made in a short span of time to send flowers weekly. MDL deleted them . Only the flowers sent the week the accounts were deleted were removed. All the flowers sent previously by these accounts were not removed and this is the reason Seven is this high on the leaderboard. You have to admit that having over 40 new accounts made in a span of 2 weeks sending the maximum weekly flowers is suspicious. MDL certainly thought so.

She has a few dedicated fans but at one time about a year or so ago, many noticed a rapid climb with over 40 new accounts sending her flowers each week. Then twice we saw her flower numbers drop when some accounts were deleted by mods. The problem is that only the flowers sent that week were deleted and the previous flowers sent remained. Therefore, when mods deleted those accounts (around 30 to 40), her ranking did not go down, and she maintained the massive number of flowers sent to her by bots or fake accounts. This is the reason she is so high on the leaderboard. One reason some noticed something happened to the accounts is that one of the regular fans came up "deleted" on one of the drama pages at the same time the large chunks of accounts were deleted and the flower count decreased for that week. It was ridiculous to see Seven go above Zhao Lusi, but recently Lusi took back her 3rd place.

Facts! She was getting about 3500 flowers a week then it suddenly went to around 15,000 after the 50 plus accounts were added in March. The fact that a large chunk was deleted including one of the more active members, AlexisN, says something. But people here didn't even comment on the missing accounts and the drastic reduction of weekly flowers. I guess MDL isn't set up to remove flowers given from previous weeks by deleted account. However, all comments by AlexisN were automatically deleted. You and I are not the only ones to notice. It was so obvious. I am sure she has fans but what the heck? 50 plus fans added within a month and many within days? No wonder MDL noticed and deleted many of the accounts. Talk about fake popularity.

I wondered myself. Last month there were multiple new accounts sending her flowers. There were at least 50 new accounts made in March within a few days. Then MDL removed a chunk of them and the number of flowers sent for that week went down by half. However, the flowers sent in the previous weeks were not removed. This is why she is still in top 10. I don't know who is doing this, but one of the more active members here, AlexisN, was removed on the same day. It was obvious from all the deleted comments on one of the ML's forum. Whoever is doing this is still creating fake accounts as there are several new accounts since then. Even so, when there are over 50 new accounts made in one month...🤷‍♀️

I figured it might not be true. But so many dramas I expected this year were pushed to 2025.

I have seen some complaints about Youku not promoting The Story of Pearl Girl also. I didn't pay much mind to it because I just look for release dates. Someone posted the reservation numbers as big posters, which is why I noticed it.

I left all of these dramas unfinished: Kill me Love me, Fangs of Fortune, The Story of Pearl Girl. " It looks like you edited it. You said mediocre in several comments. But that is up to you.

You said it in another comment as in "All the series that are aired these days are mediocre. No matter how good the actors are, the bad plot of the series cannot save the series." And I know you said it in the comment where you said you left these dramas unfinished including The Story of Pearl Girl. I am not saying you have to like it. Again, you like what you like and it is up to you. But is not cool calling a drama that is topping the charts as mediocre without watching more than a few episodes and leaving it "unfinished." Good job recommending your "most anticipated" drama all over the place.

I don't know if it is translation issue but you said LBFAD is too long. I has 36 episodes. Sword and the Brocade has 45.

Are you sure you even watched The Story of Pearl Girl? Mediocre is a not word that can be used to describe it no matter if you like it or not.
You recommended BO on TSOPG's page. Your note that it was the most anticipated drama of the year had me checking out. Otherwise, I didn't even know about it. I was quite surprised to see you calling TSOPG mediocre.

If you are talking about Esther Yu, it is her real voice. I got used to her voice and love watching her now. She is a talented actress. But I understand that some will be turned off by her voice. I hope she and Xu Kai will do another drama together as I sadly had to drop S&F. I didn't like the story but I loved the acting.

I think he can be so much more with the right drama and costar. Of all his dramas this year, I enjoyed BCE the most but could have done without the final episode. S&F was good up to a point but the problem for me was the plot. It felt too sad for me after a certain point. I am also hoping he has a better year in 2025. He is one of my favorite actors.

I don't understand why they did not style her better. I have never found her beautiful but at least with longer hair, it helps improve her profile as in Road Home. I am sure her team knows this because she looks so much better off-screen recently. Something has changed and I almost didn't recognize her. I don' know if it is new makeup methods or photo editing, but her nose and cheeks and jawline look slimmer. Her nose is very different from the way it looks in the dramas. That must be some amazing makeup technique. But in this drama, they should have done better because visuals count especially with Xu Kai as the ML. He is handsome and has great appeal.
As far as the awkward scenes, it is her style I guess. She never looks comfortable.

You missed my point. I said I saw the comment and thought it was ridiculous and scrolled by and in the same breath, if someone comes in to say they were not thrilled with ABAY you should stop attacking them. Scroll by and stop demanding they prove themselves with evidence. Not everyone loves to give these long dissertations the way you do. The comment about the singing was an example of the gushing that goes on in here that I didn't respond to even though I had to roll my eye at the gross exaggeration. You need to stop attacking people for not agreeing with you. I don't have anything against Seven, I just don't think she is exceptional. I see she has a few fans in here who seem to love promoting her accomplishments. But the fanatics need to accept when others don't see her the same. ABAY is not that great to some and you need to accept that and stop taking it so personally. Your comments to kdramadiet was derogatory and insulting. I can read between the lines and she did also. The tone of your comments to were was defensive.
