Hey! What about the female lead almost always getting hit by a vehicle (That doesn't seem that close) and the hot male lead pulling her out of the way. Or when the female lead is with the second sweet male lead and she gets a call from the first male lead who hasn't been good to her from the start, but suddenly he has changed or is acting different and he figures out he loves her and well she goes running after the call.
