I waited for this to be near end to start it, and now I'm glad I did that! because if I had started watching this on airing schedule I would've dropped this!! There are too many unlikable characters!
I've watched 100+ episodes dramas before but this has managed to annoy me with its stupidity so early on!!
I'm just going to continue for Ahn Jae Hyun, let's see how far I can go with ff!!

the redemption for his dad and the real Qing Xia was unnecessary!
let aside all the shit she did, for whatever reason, she did kill the fourth concubine! why is she being saved?

there is romance but it's sidelined by the revenge and It's slow.

Xiner didn't get jealous before because LiMo wasn't hostile towards xiner in previous life and they were planning to kill her from the get go. (as LiMo himself said to Qiu Yu, making her pregnant was to make her vulnerable so she can easily be killed).
nevertheless I agree that for a general she was too stupid in previous life and endured so much without doubting LiMo.

in previous life xiner was spying on her and didn't really consider Qiu Yu as a love rival to be this petty and sensitive, and on the other hand Qiu Yu was so blindly in love and cooperative to LiMo.
tbh, their schemes weren't dumb, it's Qiu Yu that has the memory of their plans.

ikr, when he gave her the necklace and picking up the umbrella and the hallway beat up was so K2!! That scene played in my head while watching this.

on the bright side it's not a 2min episodes kind lol!
though still the quality is lacking compared to regular dramas, it wasn't bad as far as I watched so far (up to 7).

overall this is interesting but there is only one thing that keeps annoying me!!
holding the white cane while guiding a blind person is not the best way you can help them walk!

ep26 and families fighting for this same thing... this is too stupid, I can't.. drama being boring and lack of chemistry doesn't help either. dropped.

They distanced themselves from each other over a misunderstanding so I counted it as one, though I agree that it's not like they cut ties as it might imply.
it might have been more accurate to call it hiatus rather than break up, cause they still were into each other but confused.. (I'll edit my previous comment a bit)

they have very good chemistry.
the romance feels subtle since their encounter in second episode.
I think they already figured they were attracted to each other by ep4 and in ep9 others get to know that.
the confession is in ep11.
at ep 19, they got a bit distanced from each other and it got resolved in ep 21.
they get married in last episode.

there are other couples there as well but Xingmu and Qing Qiu were main couple.

I don't get his rage towards her family... the way he said that man was cruel I expected something serious.. like at least humiliate him? but the guy's grandpa went ahead of his partner and signed contracts without asking him and expected him to accept it since he put him in a 'done deal' situation? if anything, it was his grandpa's fault.. not the other way around.

I have a hard time understanding the ML's excuse for being mad in the first episode..

I could watch the yakuza guy cook and talk about food for a whole drama, just throw away everything else from this!
the rest of the drama (specially the job seeking guy) annoyed me so much that I can't continue this anymore. It's a shame.

the writers better not give them an ounce of redemption cause I'm rooting for her revenge to work!!!

I was hoping for a happy ending after everything!
Edit: The ML apparently did not die but disappears (said to be in a hospital).

so the ending is like this:
the evil sister lost her mind and went crazy.
the ML throw the bad dude in the car with a bomb in it (the evil guy was gonna kill FL) and he himself drove the car to whatever place and blew up apparently!!
FL finds out she is pregnant and later she has her baby and the end...
