Was he really smart though? I felt like even though he had Top wrapped around his fingers, he wasn’t smart at all but just obsessed.

I think Mew is definitely stupid for trusting Top and Ton while ignoring their true selves. I don’t even know if he’s feigning ignorance or truly ignorant. No one is sane in this series. And we’re not sane for coming along on the wild ride.

I like Bosston’s character as the villain because it’s messy and definitely realistic. We all have a friend who doesn’t care for commitment and likes to mess around. However, like you said, he didn’t have to manipulate the situation to fuck Top. It was intentional and wrong. Mew knew Bosston was a ho (in fact, they all did and he’s always been real about it) but Mew never thought Bosston would ho around with his love interest. I’m also Not placing all the fault on Bosston because Top also participated.

People keep saying it was Mew’s doing for keeping Bosston around as a friend but come on, we all have ho friends who have moral boundaries. Bosston didn’t but it also goes to show that they were never friends to begin with.
