Ok. I’m only on episode 9 and I gotta say, I almost skipped this because of how fragile and thin the male lead looked. I understand the plot basically explained that he was malnourished and abused which contributed to how frail he looked but the actor himself has always had a small frame. I guess what I’m saying is, if he had to purposely lose weight for this role, that’s a harsh dedication.

Anyhoo. Glad I didn’t skip because the story is very interesting so far.

I’m only focusing on 3 series right now: The Eighth Sense, The Promise and now this one. I adored Our Dating Sim and liked A Shoulder to Cry On. Placed Chains of Heart on hold.

Solid start. Yes, it is a typical office romance. Yes, it is pretty similar to the ones we’ve seen before. Yes, it is repetitive with the main lead getting taken advantage of by his senior colleagues. BUT! This is a big but! The chemistry is insane, y’all. They stole the show & y’all didn’t give them enough screen time or proper ending after 40 mins / 10 episodes.

Gongchan mediocre acting just killed it for me. Nevertheless, I finished the series and I’m just gonna wait for the spin off for the second leads. No? Are We not doing that? Come on, Korea. The Thais do it.
