Not sure why I took so long to watch this! It is a crazy mix of extremes - extreme cute (basically the cutest…
Couldn't agree more, at some point I just started to skip parts that were not directly related to the main story (which I really rarely do). But ML was crazily cute... ♡ So hard to rate this drama.
Is she really gonna still be married when they start falling for each other? =/Why do the same K-Drama plot themes…
I wonder about those batches too, I think clearly I noticed it around priest/exorcist theme. Fortunately I stick only to K-dramas so it's not so bad ;)
Finally someone said it. If he was Song Hye Kyo people would have chewed her out and have had her for breakfast.…
I see no problem either way, if the woman or man is older, that's why especially pointed on immortal+human relations in dramas (in "My Girlfriend is a Gumiho" the woman is the older immortal) where if the drama would follow their further stories the physical age gap would be reversed. Anyway there IS criticism of man much older than woman and what I see you agree with it by applauding georgia's comment. So for you women older then men are ok, but men older than women are not?

I really don't understand why some people get so annoyed with actors or characters age difference in romance, actually I found just recently on from tags and comments on MDL that there are people who have such a problem with it. If they are both adults I don't really see any issue that they love or play characters that love each other (btw. my partner was almost 10 years older than me). Especially in fantasy-romance dramas when one of characters is immortal (like i.e. "Goblin" "My Girlfriend is a Gumiho") it's fully understandable that the immortal one is older. Aside for the initial age difference when they meet in the drama, we can also imagine what happens after the drama ends. They actually have quite a short time when they can have similar physical age, if the mortal is younger they can have at least a bit more time together like this. But later one stays the same the other gets old, so should they stop loving each other after few years because of the age difference? Or maybe the immortal should change partners every few years to match the physical age? Would that be better than loving truly one person until she or he dies?
How both Yu Jin Woo and Cha Hyun Suk were able to play the game simultaneously on the beginning of this drama…
Connecting real time to a server on the other side of the world, or moving a player from one server to another are things that are totally doable, after all it's only about transferring data. Of course ways of transferring it might be different in s-f than those we know now. Also smart lenses weren't dedicated just for this game, and provided by the programmer, it was clearly a device already on market (and I think they were developed by ML's company), only used to connect to the game, just like smartphones. With some dedicated programs you can also send further real time screen view or other data from your smartphone or computer, it's even possible to control it remotely. So they didn't have to connect directly to the Granada game server to see the game-play from Seoul.
I didn't notice earbuds, there were only lenses in the box, but still fighting with non-existent swords, without any device to represent them in reality is something physically impossible.

I don't understand why do you think that they played on different servers at the beginning, it's the other way around. They didn't get demo copies of the game there was only one Granada server put up by the creator and they just got access to it to try it. There's no need to the game to be officially released to be accessible on-line. It's funny how deep you dug for this "plot hole"... even if there was a server problem you described it would not really be an issue after you consider that this whole game is one huge plot hole if you try to analyze it using logic and common sense. For example (even considering only the basic game without the "bug" that completely detached this thing from reality) how it is possible to physically effect each other with virtual swords? Clash them or push someone? Or how it's possible to hear sounds with only contacts lenses on? Even magic in pure fantasy can be more realistic and logical, the only way to enjoy this drama was to turn of the brain ;)
The romance was not needed for the story. It was only a sideline. She was a secondary character and wasn't really…
It's both :P But just pure romance even with pretty guys is boring for me, that's why I love k-dramas, because of the genre mix. Complaining for romance in k-dramas like this is a bit like complaining for actors dancing and singing in Bollywood productions...
I have to admit episode 1 was a bit lacklustre but it gets interesting starting from episode 2. If you are still…
Same here, after JFiio advice for you I forced myself through the first episode, and watched 2nd and 3rd, it's not bad but I'm not much drawn to it (while I'm k-drama addict) and it's hard for me to understand all this hype about this drama. I guess it's just not for everyone and probably more interesting for Koreans than people from different countries.
It's like a real-life drama... I hope it will get happy ending. I believe it will. There are voices that it won't be an easy battle, but public opinion winning over the money and connections is something that happens not only in dramas, all the support from fans can be a real help. The Instagram post got already over 1 mln likes in only two days!!! Let's keep it up and support LSG in any way we can :)
Did anyone dig him up and confirm his death? I think he might've survived the collapse with a help of Yang Seon's blood, but if he was severely wounded it would have taken a lot of time to recover.
