it was a special day, indeed ... I remember my first trip to Seoul very well... I had watched the first four episodes before I flew on vacation... I had the opportunity to see some filming locations in the city (e.g., the scenes at the Banpo Bridge and in Banpo Hangang Park)... and I ate ramen from a convenience store...
today - 3 years ago - this drama started, and I was completely captured from the very beginning ...
maybe it's just my own opinion - but it's MORE of a "coming of age" series than a BL drama... the acting skills of the two main protagonists are exceptional... not forget to mention the great supporting cast; how well they portrayed the characters, which have made us feel either to love them, to hate them or to find them annoying... the cinematography portrays the emotions, conveyed by the directors and screenwriters, in beautiful and impressive pictures - taking the audience on a journey through the emotional world of young people... those who are responsible for selecting the music and the songs deserve special recognition - it is rare in a series or film that every song fits to the scenes perfectly; and "The Eighth Sense" is one of the best example of that... (another example is NEVER LET ME GO) The German director of this masterpiece mentioned in a press conference that the "8" - in the horizontal - means infinity... Senses are infinite (open to interpretation 🙂)

let me collect my thoughts after 2 episodes... 1st ... Mix said in the BTS of last episode of S1 that he wanted to be in a possible S2 ... and here he is, mischievous as he looked in his cameo of 2023 ... but never expected that he could be LIKE THAT... he's really showing us a different side of himself - from an acting perspective 2nd ... since the announcement that "Boston" is coming back, I expected nothing less than HIM being "just himself" (or will he be even more) 3rd ... the appearance of "Sand & Ray" with THEIR music... what was needed - kinda - to make a "bridge" between S1 and S2 in ep 1 4th ... NOW I want to see more maybe the return of - WHOEVER wants to join the "messy" trip of S2
nowadays everything is possible with what GMMTV (GMMTheeV 😉) is planning to surprise - or should I say to shock - us ...
