I'm not sure if he still does now, but the gay, muscly brother used to work at a restaurant in Thailand where the waiters dress up in silly skimpy outfits and dance for the customers. lol
Some of my favorite things about this series: -The bond between X and Uncle Man. We don't often get to see gay mentors in Thai BLs, much less family members, so that part was really endearing. -The bond between Frank and Mind. I don't want to spoil it, but it's one of the sweetest and most unique aspects of this show. -How charming of a character Q is. -How wise Frank is. As he learns things in his life that have helped him, he uses them to help his friends in genuinely useful ways.
This isn't unique in the basic plot or setting, but it's delivered in a way that makes it very special. No time is wasted between characters either. Everyone's role is well-rounded and meaningful. It's lovely little show. Totally recommend and as jon conn said below, 7.9 is far too low of a rating for what they managed to pull off in four episodes.
Just finished episode 3. Bever is doing a good job as he’s making X come off to be one of the sweetest characters I’ve seen in a Thai high school BL. And I know it’s a stretch, but something about his expressions reminds me of Gong Jun (Wen Ke Xing in Word of Honor).
You know those eye covers that they put on horses when they have to walk down roads with lots of people so they don't get spooked or distracted? I had to do that with this drama by keeping my finger on the fast forward button and focusing on Gameplay and even then, Dee as a character wasn't very likable. This was frustratingly bad.
Strange country Thailand where a person instigates a gang rape against a minor, is discovered, there is evidence…
Accurate points about the series itself, but I don't know how fair it is to levy all the crap that happens in this drama onto the entire nation of Thailand...
I think it had a good and bad effect, but I don't think it created any actual damage at the end of the day. It'd…
I agree. I was thinking that they actually were going to be doing a lot of switching between OhmNannon and JimmySea, but OhmNannon ended just making cameos here and there, which I think was the right way to go.
Does anyone know if he's mentioned the story behind the golden necklace with the multi-colored cross pendant that he wears? He's worn it in basically every series he's in.
What's bad about this is that they don't spend the proper amount of time on things that matter. Their work takes up too much. Between the three main components: work, KnightDee and SongtheeVeve, there's way too much work and SongtheeVeve. There's only one episode left and Dee and Knight have barely had 10 minutes alone.
The way I cringed when I saw those handcuffs. 🤣 Anyway, it’s over and the outro is really pretty. I think it’s the same guy that sang Until We Meet Again’s theme song.
