Seems like something goes wrong with the encoding when they upload it. If you watch it on korean streaming it is fine. Not the first time this happen. TMS2 on gaga is missing many of the on screen text (viki is fine). Love tractor is missing the on screen credits and title card on iqiyi (but ep 8 has it). Why r u korea is missing the on screen text and credit on viki but the iqiyi encoding is okay.

For KBLs, they tend to be rated lower than the rest. in fact the highest KBLs is currently only 8.2. so you cant set the cut-off for KBL the same as Thai's. it is not being fair to them.
personally it is not the best but it is at least entertaining for me so i would say watch it. but reviews here are mostly split so some people would say pass.
