This drama has too many side characters that disturb the flow of the main couple plot. They already shortened…
I agree, my only complaint is that the ex-husband character was made to be annoying and he got a lot of screen time. Are they pushing this actor? While the ML and FL roles are popular and the audience loves them, it's being diluted by the annoying supporting roles. However, for the lead roles, I gave them full marks for every scene. Overall, I still enjoyed the series.
I don't understand people who complain that JungSomin plays the same roles over and over again. It's none of your business to dictate her choices. The focus should be on how well she performs in each role. I think she did a great job as Yume-ri. She's lovely, natural, and effortlessly funny. Her chemistry with Woo-shik captivated me in every episode. From the cactus scene, to the award-winning scene, to their pretending to be husband and wife, to their falling in love, comforting each other, and kissing, it made me believe in the characters and enjoy watching them. If I have to criticize, I'd rather criticize the script. I wanted more scenes of them together as husband and wife. If they had cut out the uncle and ex-husband scenes and added Woojoo-Meri's love scenes, I would have given it a perfect 10.
The best part was Woojoo and Meri's moments. They were so sweet and romantic. Choiwooshik and Jungsomin handled the romantic comedy so well. They were amazing. Every scene impressed me. I enjoyed the moments when they interacted with each other. The worst part was the appearance of the ex-boyfriend. I don't understand why the writers included so much of his story. I just skipped over him and his family. It's good that there weren't many, but it was annoying.
I like the acting of Jung So Min, Choi Woo Shik, and Bae Nara. These three give off a natural vibe, unlike the others who seem to overact. I don't know if it's because it's a comedy, but they're like cartoon characters.
In Episode 11, I really loved the rooftop party scene. You guys need to watch romcom king Woo-shik and romcom queen So-min perform this scene. Both their facial expressions and gestures are so cute and funny. This is the perfect performance for a romcom.
I also loved all the love scenes in this drama. They're so heartwarming, and it's more about love than sex.
Just finished watching this and I'm loving it. It's slice of life, the story progresses slowly, and I love the chemistry between ML and FL. Even though they bicker at first, I can feel their chemistry. And when they kiss, it's so explosive. It's so real and realistic, more than any other rom-com I've ever watched.
3 more days until the finale and only 2 episodes left, I have nothing to complain about. I love this series, it makes my Friday and Saturday nights so much fun. I love Meri and Woojoo's chemistry and I really want them to have a baby together in the end.
I like this drama, but I noticed that the writers often give the male lead a green flag and often make the female lead look illogical, and in some dramas, it's annoying. Luckily, the female lead in this one isn't annoying. She just tries to help herself as much as possible while causing the male protagonist the least amount of trouble. I like that part of her. Overall, I love this drama. Alright, there are only 2 more episodes, so let's have some fun watching. This series has a lot of acclaim, and haters are everywhere, so it's a waste of time to respond.
I hope Grandma doesn't have a problem with Meri being a widow. I don't know if widowhood is a stain in Korea. I'm not surprised that some women have to endure hell with shitty men. I once watched a show that dealt with family problems. I always wondered why they stayed with shitty men and how it affected their children.
All I want is the time that Woo Joo and Meri can spend together. I hope that the ex-boyfriend's story ends quickly and he gets punished. I want to know who this house will eventually belong to. There are a lot of plot points to solve and there are only 2 episodes left. I think I would have liked a drama to have 16 episodes. This one should have 16 episodes.
I saw so many viral videos of this drama and people are loving it. So am I. Can't wait for episode 10. So happy. Thank you for this rom-com of the year.
