I expected to see it as as ending to be honest. That at the end a miracle would happen.

To be honest I still feel devastated from how it all ended. I understand what people try to say that Nut still loves Tofu and tries to move on with his life but it would have been a true miracle if at the end they still would end up together (in human form).

I feel cheated by the writers, director and Job. I have already expected that our precious Tofu would sacrifice himself for others (that is just how he is) but what about creating our own endings? They didn't had to kill off Tarn, he could end up with somebody else and be happy for Nut and Tofu.

Also I find it very disrepectful that Nut ended up with Tarn (towards Tofu). What they could
have done let us know that some time passed by and Nut was visited in his sleep by Tofu and only after that he started to date somebody else and when he passed away in the afterlife was once again reunited with Tofu.

And people saying Tofu approves Nut being with Tarn, what he could do otherwise he is just a teddy bear now. And furthermore we saw him jealous of Tarn in various episodes, he never let himself be happy and was always worried about Nut.

I find this ending even more devastated than History 3 Make our Days count.
I would rather have not seen this show at all.

Does not mean much the lovely words if he is back with Tarn. Tarn as a character could end up with somebody else and happy.

For god sake what they they could even have done that Nut and Tofu meet each other in after life or through a miracle Tofu was back in human form at the end.

But reducing Tofu to a teddy bear once again is mean and seeing Nut back with Tarn. It was for sure a happy ending for Nut but Tofu deserved a much better ending.

I feel cheated by Job and Director promising us a happy ending. Horrible ending once again!!!!

The whole time they emphasise on create your own ending and they end up like the novel. Actually I even would have liked the ending better if Tofu did not return back being a teddy bear and was reunited with Nut once again in the afterlife.

I found it also strange that Prib likes a girl suddenly, why just not introduce a new male
character. Not everybody has to be an LGBTQ+ character (seemed force to me).

I find it also a betrayal that Nut went back to Tarn. And what's up with people who are defending that it's a good ending and trying to attack people who didn't like it at all.
Also Tofu seemed to look out of the window when Tarn
tried to kiss Nut, Kuenchai reminded him of Tofu with a
purpose.

We have been so invested in Tofu character and he deserved to have a happy ending for himself in human form. Bringing him back in teddy bear form unjustified his journey as human being.

How unfair was life for Tofu, at the same time he felt guilty being happy with Nut and was
scared multiple times to loose Nut and day by day felt comfortable being a human being.

I would not mind if they released one additional episode with an alternative ending where Nut does end with Tofu in human form. Life can be though enough irl, and it would
have been great to see Nut ending up with Tofu in human
form (one last miracle). I am personally quite sad about how it ended I liked character Tofu so much, he was too good for this world and he deserved a happy ending being reunited with his ❤️ Nut ( not third wheeling in teddy bear form). And how painful is it as ending if you have to see your
loved one doing the deed leaving together at the end with another person.

That makes it even more horrible. Because till certain degree it looks like he is mourning that he lost Tofu. I expected till the end a miracle that Tofu would become once again a human and they would reconnect. But instead he accepted to be married to Tarn (not legally) and of course Tofu being Tofu accepted his fate as teddy bear.

But in the show many times have been show how he grow as human being, in my books it's a very sad sending. They could have made Tarn leave and find a new bf and just being happy that Nut is happy with Tofu. For me personally the show ending ruined everything and I won't see any new BL projects of this director or In/Job unless I know that the ending is positive (where they end up together).

I rather would even have seen that Tofu didn't come back as teddy bear. But Nut saw his spirit in a dream as a farewell and that afterwards Nut met somebody else who was spiritually connected to Tofu, was even a better ending than him ending up with Tarn.

The funny part is that people who ‘seemed” to like the ending now started to disagree with people who find this ending horrible. We are also entitled to our point of view.

Anyway I believe that Nut never deserved to have a bf like Tofu. Well for me personally they screwed what could have been a masterpiece.

Even Until We Meet Again had a happy ending while it tackled quite some LGBTQ+ issues. Don’t understand what the director and writers where thinking, made us first fall in love with Tofu and afterwards treated him as a rebound guy.

Feel also betrayed by Job we would get a good ending, for Nut it is definitely a good ending he is back with his ex, who he actually never could let go. He is a successful writer.

They could have ended in a manner where both Tarn and Tofu could leave. I have mentioned in one of my previous posts, potential endings. Anyhow I am not going to waste anymore my time on this forgery ''happy'' ending. hashtag Tofu/Neung deserves better!

What about that we can define our own ending? The ending is apparently similar to the Novel!

People are angry because most of them watched it already. And no rainy scene just a sad ending. Apparently Tofu was just a temp rebound, nothing special.

Tofu character deserved a much better ending, even in the show was mentioned multiple times that he preferred to stay in human form and be with Nut. This could have been one of the best BL show's ever made and they have ruined it with the ending big time.

And some people try to defend the horrible ending, they were catfishing us that we would get a happy ending.

What was Tofu love at the end? Just a temp rebound until Nut could get back with Tarn apparently.

Based on how Nut character is I think he does not even deserve somebody like Tofu to have as a bf.

The ending is similar to Swinging Blossom (Chinese BL movie), History 3 Make our Days Count for one of the 2 characters.

They could have ended in so many ways. Tarn being happy that Nut is happy with Tofu and Tarn having his own bf. I am devastated how this ended I really liked the show (not EP 15 & E16)
and could even get over Nuts constantly anger because I hoped that we would get a happy
end Tofu (in human form) with Nut.

There were also some loose ends. No major plot twists with respect to Neung. It also bothered me how quickly Nut was back with Tarn.

Some alternative endings:

1) Due to miracle of strong love that Nut has for Tofu he would be resurrected in human form once again.
2) Tofu is brother of the new character introduced at the end.
3) Tofu was temp pronounced dead which resurrected Tarn. Standing on his bed side by grieving, crying Nut, Tofu would came back to life. Once again a miracle would happen.
4) Tofu reincarnated as another human being (in the same hospital) and after a while due their strong love connection they recognise each other (while new Tofu has a bf). To follow-up with season 2.

I liked Semantic Error a lot. Started to watch Hearstopper.

Don't forget to have a word with the writers of this show and director. They ruined what could have been of the best BL show's to a horrible one.

Actually a great idea, being the brother of new character.

Tofu was non-existent at the beginning. He didn't asked to be born but he was and become eventually his own person and a sentient being, while he never asked for it. . At the end he had to sacrifice himself and then Nut moves on.

This not a fair ending and definitely not a happy ending in my books. I feel cheated for even starting to watch this.
