One thing that confuses me was on Episode 5.... Je Yi could've drove away immediately but now I think about it... it wasn't exactly fear but something else.... could she been working with CW secretly? I hope I'm wrong...

I don't think she betrayed him. Even if she did, she could've done it way earlier... why now if she decided to betray him? She must have her own reasons...we need to wait~
To the people who thinks Je Yi is betraying Ji Hyuk.... she is not!!! There must be a bigger part of the story that we just don't know yet. Je Yi is the one who is slowly healing Ji Hyuk. The moment when he grabbed Je Yi's arm and whispered Suyeon and the promise he made to her... there must be more to the story. If Je Yi really betrayed Ji Hyuk, she could've done that in episode 1!! ALSO... Ji Hyuk knows about Je Yi's secret room so at least.. there is some understanding. He also left a new phone to her that she can use to contact him because no one else know s about this. That's a big leap of faith.
Su Yeon must be alive and it's the NIS people who lied to Ji Hyuk into believing that he killed Su Yeon. Je Yi might've already planning something that we don't know yet. I don't think she knows that Ji Hyuk fell into a trap, in my opinion.
Also, the reason why she deleted the file was to protect Ji Hyuk, in my opinion. She has her own ways. I trust her.

Usually the traitor is someone who is very close to the main character.... I don't want to say it... but let's not forget about Je Yi since she was picked by the higher ups. There are too many possibilities right now. We will have to wait and see.
