Not yet, but I am not sure if I will ever find out as I am extremely disappointed with the show and need to know what will happen next week to know if this is still worth of my time.

Do you think that there is any possibility of the writers taunting us with the preview for next weekend. I haven't seen the preview myself, but something is making me curious and is the "empty bed" when TH goes to FL. Do you think it is possible that she did not go through with the surgery in the end, and that's why her bed is empty and that she might show in front of TH telling him that she chooses him, or is it a fact that she went through surgery in the next episode..?

Indeed! The whole point of the title of the show is about her character and how she is finally living for herself! I completely understand if any of this happens in the first 20 or 30 episodes to show us the worst and then the best! Writers should know by now that nobody likes a last 5 minutes happy ending! That is not rewarding at all! We should have been able to see her living her best love for several episodes just as we suffered her life and self sacrifice for 25 to 30 uninterrupted episodes! I had high hopes for this show, but things have gone off the rails already, and poor TH did not deserve any of this... it breaks my heart for him.

I agree with one of your previous comments. This arc about the father should have happened 10 to 15 episodes ago, and the truth and justice in the company left for last with the main leads supporting each other until the end...

I need an actual no break up drama to overcome this... this last minute drama and misunderstanding here has put a bad taste in my mouth... I guess I should rewatch "Love O2O", to put something sweet and heartwarming today.

That's the only solution for this... She has to put some work into their relationship, and understand that he will be her family now, and this new family should come in first, otherwise she would be abandoning him just like her father abandoned her mother...

He should be the one "living his own life" and find his happiness somewhere else. He loves her, but he should love himself more.

Her brothers achieved success by focusing on their own lives even if it was at expense of their own sister. At this point I don't even care much about her since she is doing this by choice; I feel bad about TH since he was finally going to start his own family just to have all of his sacrifices go down the drain because she rather abandon him because apparently he is not even in her priority list.

What? What? Please apoil me
This is too much... I know it has been 40 long episodes, but this is the worst turn of events so far. The worst part is not that she went behind his back and became a donor which is bad enough, but the fact that she is thinking about sacrificing her life for her family, and what makes me upset here is that she doesn't realize that sacrificing herself here means that she is abandoning TH... Again, it is not even about her wasting the rest of her life, is about how TH falls into last place in her list of priorities once again... this is extremely sad. I think I am not going to keep watching this. I'll follow up with the comments and a few clips to know how the story ends, but I won't torture myself with something that should be good entertainment, meaning a feel good moment for us...

Well... I think that he has been extremely patient and accommodating towards her, but in reality she is not changing back, she never changed. All the progress we see from HS so far is because TH huge patience because of you stop to observe her actions, even when she was standing off for herself, she was still extremely biased towards her family and never once contributed nothing to TH other than letting him cry on her shoulder or let him come over to her house; not even once has she conceded to him and she has never changed her mind for him after she made a decision. The only difference here is that he seems to be exhausted and running out of patience, because as much as he loves her, she needs to give in as well... I still hope they don't break up and have their happy ending soon, but I would have broken up with her a long time ago, and not even because of her family, but because how selfish she really is with her family always putting them first instead of the man that wants to create a new family with her because he is extremely lonely.

JFC what a clusterfuck. How to ruin the story you have built for 47 eps in two hours, weekender writer-nim speedrun…
I plan to continue watching from episode 41, but I went ahead and spoiled myself with episodes 47 and 48 watching their last scenes and the preview at the end of each episode. I understand that they had to bring closure with the whole arc of the missing father, but I believe they have a golden opportunity to show HS finally putting herself first, which they may just waste. I wanted to spoil myself with episode 49, but it seems it is not available. If the writers have any sense and we have found their flow, I believe that no time skip time with the leads separated is needed, they should be able to have 5 minutes of a honest conversation which should be more than enough for them to fall on the same page. The only time skip I am expecting is after everything is corrected and they are happy to show us how they continue being happy even years after! A last minute break or separation would defeat all logic from the writers on this one. Fingers crossed, and hoping I am right or it could mean that I have wasted my time with this one...

To be completely honest the script/writing for this show is straight up bad. I have been watching only because I love healthy main relationship romance dramas without break ups. I believe that the true love brought to us in Dramaland is supposed to be almost magical; the first option for one of the leads should never be to sacrifice their partner or to cause them pain, or even to relegate them to a third or fourth place in their lives. The trick to write these stories like this is to a minimum amount of classic annoying tropes like love triangles and miscommunication, and instead have a good plot, side stories, a good villain and character development. I agree with you that even with the atrocious writing and a huge amount of plot holes the writers had many different ways to go instead of a last minute big misunderstanding, specially from a couple that has been steadily becoming better and healthier with every episode.

I have made it far, but I don't mind taking a step a step back. I watch romance stories for the true love and heartfelt, and heartwarming moments. I watch dramas to see people develop and overcome obstacles while becoming better people; And I watch romance dramas to see two people fall in true love and overcome every obstacle together! I don't like to torture myself, so I will take a peek at those episodes when so get there, but if whatever that happens there makes me feel like it, I will fast forward or just skip until things get better!

I find this plot twist interesting and can definitely see how this can add to the list of evil doings and lack of morality from the aunt and uncle, and the responsibility of Madame Choi in all this. However, I don't like how the writers are just trying to push under the rug all of the wrongdoings of TM. I understand that this revelation may come as a shock to him, but this should not exonerate him. We are talking about the same guy that overlooked all of the wrongdoings of his mother, stole from ML the crashed car without any considerations of his feelings, the same person that went to jail for something he did not do which means that he knew he was covering up for the actual culprit, the same guy that was willing to put his "cousin" in jail and not for "justice" because deep down he wanted to take him down for challenging him and his family and the same guy that knew that his grandmother was being held captive for three years and did nothing about it. I cannot accept that everything is forgiven because blood related or not, as far as I am concerned the aunt and uncle are his parents because they raised him. He is the same self center idiot that complains even because "he doesn't have the girl he likes" which maybe because of his delusion but is a weak argument since it is nobody's fault that she just doesn't like him!! I can see clearly the intentions from the writers to just redeem TM in one episode by turning him into "The Victim", but all in all he has had a perfect life only affected by his own parents and his own ego. I am disappointed with this thing the writers are pushing with this...

Episode 40. At this point I thought the biggest plot twist would be who killed the parents, but now Madame Choi reveals that TM and TH are not cousins but brothers! This kind of nonsense is only possible in theaters, telenovelas and family dramas. I did not see this one coming to be honest.

The evil aunt is the most evil, the FL's mother is most dramatic and damaged, but Madame Choi has surprised me with stealing a child from one of her own kids to give it to her other kid. This last one still doesn't make much sense, but I guess we are supposed to overlook some things to enjoy these shows with not so good writers.

I would like for these writers to do a better job to keep the story engaging from beginning to end without having to relay on old tropes and cliches. They are supposed to be professionals and we have other shows that have made it so.

People should be able to differentiate "Empathy" and "Sympathy". Our FL should empathy for her family which is basically understand their point of view, but she should avoid too much sympathy which is basically to make those feelings her own. I hope for the same, that while upset they can still show they love each other and that they don't drag this misunderstanding beyond next airing episode. I am not aware of the status of the plot there, but I am sure that there more than enough elements to avoid this from becoming the last knot in the plot before the end. Kudos for our ML who has been extremely understanding until now, and let's hope he continues until the end.
