Classic family drama. A horrible family that tortures our poor female lead, a male lead with a tragic past and family secrets. I am only on episode 15, but I have to agree with the majority with the first half being slow, but not bad.

I am not a fan of love triangles, so I have to warn you, the love triangle is heavy here with a third person with unrequited love but extremely delusional and insistent. It is fair to say that you will like it if you like family dramas, and things are looking up now.

I am on episode 14 now. The leads are starting to develop feelings, but it is still too early, and they both have a lot going on.

The FL made things clear to 2ML on episode 11, but he does not listen. He is delusion itself!

What do you mean by "2ML lip kiss scene to FL" why would he kiss her? Is he going to go from delusional to straight up sexual assault? Please tell me under what circumstances this happen and what episode so I can skip it completely.

My guess is that you don't like family dramas. This is how it is with family/weekend dramas. These shows have a telenovela touch to them, and have slow starts to feed the bigger plots that have to last for 50+ episodes.

I have watched 8 episodes now! I like the show very much and even more knowing what's coming soon!

The mother behaves like the worst mom, and when she starts showing some improvement is only to return to her old annoying self soon after.

The the two younger brothers are as selfish as they come causing only more problems for HS. The oldest brother is a good person, but he is a pushover for his wife and his mother.

The mother and her daughter in law (Oldest Brother Wife) had an interesting discussion about the responsibility that kids have with their parents, but I side with the daughter in law, since I believe sons and daughters should help their parents out of respect and love, and not they are in moral debt with their parents. However, that woman is a bad wife and spoiling mother.

I completely understand why the romance is not developing yet, and I think that was the best decision for the first ten episodes or so. All the stories are just starting and things are unfolding slowly, but starting to make sense. TH is not in a place to fall in love yet, since he has to touch bottom first, which I feel is going to happen soon, and HS is too busy for that.

The cousin is exactly as you said before; he is delusional. In episode 8, she calls him to complain for what he is doing and tells him that she is too busy and has too many problems. She tells him that she does not have time to go eat with him, but he does not listen, instead he grabs her arm and takes her to eat and spend the whole day with him listening to him talk about his life, to what it is more than obvious that she couldn't care less. However, instead of skipping his scenes, I am watching them because I am streaming this on Viki with live comments on just to see people that agree with about how creepy this guy is.

On the other hand, I am surprised by how many people are supporting the cousin in the comments. I know there is Second Lead Syndrome, but it escapes my logic and common sense how people still would like him to be the male lead when he is so selfish and two faced.

As I get ready to watch episode 9, I am ready to skip the cousin and anything else that seems to be there repeating itself and dragging.

To be fair I am enjoying every character with their own story with the exception of the cousin. He gets on my nerves with his approach to FL which only makes her very uncomfortable.

Noted. I am on episode 5 but I am ready to skip everything but the main leads at anytime now.

I trust that the cousin will not discourage me. I am only on episode 3, and I can already tell that the relationship between our main leads is unique and exclusive.

I made peace with the fact that he will keep trying to get close to her, but she will never accept his feelings. I am happy that he does not necessarily cause any delay in our main leads relationship, so I can either ignore him or skip him.

I saw that she finally tells him that she is not comfortable with his invitations on episode 11. Now that I know these things, I feel extremely good while watching episode 2.

Sorry if I am bombarding you with too many comments, but this show present another reason why I don't like Love Triangles. While it is true that she is not flirting with him, she spends too much time with him... I am not upset because she is not flirting with the male lead by episode 8, but how is it relevant for her to spend so much time with the cousin feeding his delusion towards her... But I'll be patient and return to episode 2 to keep watching this.

Spoiled myself a little bit until episode 7, and this other guy is a little bit too intense. I did not like that he held her hand and tried to apply medicine on her. The good thing about this is that I can go back to episode 2, and skip him with no regret since I know what he does until episode 7.

There are two sub categories of love triangles that makes me specially upset, and those are the love triangles involving the "villain" or even worse, a friend or family member. I hope it does not get to that, but I am already very ready to skip the evil cousin. I had a hunch that he might be the love triangle guy from the moment he first showed. He only showed in jail and I already want to skip him...

I don't feel like skipping yet, but I am already searching for the love triangle guy to skip him sooner than later... lol. Can you please share his name with me?

I am almost done with episode 1, and loved their first interaction. Yes, they were bickering, but I already can see how they will have an special relationship!

Thank you! I will definitely start watching this right away! The romance is the main driver for anything I watch in Dramaland, and what I've read about this one makes me think that it will be a rewarding experience.

After watching more than 180 dramas by now, I have learned that romance doesn't start when the leads start dating, but from the moment they meet, interact with each other, flirt, date and everything after that! I do not mind for a second if they get together on episode 25 as long as they spend time together and we can see their feelings for each other grow. The key for me is "exclusivity", meaning that even if they are not dating yet, she has a special relationship with him and there are things that are unique for them, things that they don't do for anyone else; that's romance.

I asked about the love triangle because it is one of the oldest trope in Dramaland, so we can assume there is one in most K-Dramas. I don't mind love triangles as long as the lead do not entertain/flirt or spend too much time with that person, or gives them special treatment that reflect a special relationship between them. There are too many K-Dramas where the leads swear that they love each other, but would have a "best friend" or not even that they treat way too nicely, and sometimes even knowing that this person has feelings for them.

I prefer my love triangles short and with a purpose towards plot or character development. In this case, the guy holds on and keeps trying, but if the female lead does not entertain him and it does not affect her relationship with our male lead, it brings the satisfaction of seeing that other guy failing at every attempt.

I will try my best not to fast forward or skip too often at first, but I'll have my finger on the button, since I am here for romance!

Small question before I start watching this... is there any annoying love triangle with the main couple?

That would mean that they never break up throughout the show and that's a must watch for me..!

Greetings! As far as I know, there is no break up for the main couple after they get together, but the show is missing a few episodes. I will wait until all episodes have aired just to make sure.
