I hate love triangles

No friend, you are the one that doesn't get it. I can only talk for myself, and my previous comment didn't talk about his "character development" that by the way made things even worse, since made the character into a complete different person and nobody changes to that extent. My complain was about his original self, and how unnecessarily rude he was at the beginning and how the writers keep pushing either a men simping for a girl regardless on how selfish and rude she is, or in this case a girl falling in love with a complete jerk that writers try to just with a trauma or troubled past...

It is so bad that even when I hate love triangles, I sometimes wish that more male characters also have multiple love interests just to balance things out since every man seems to fall in love with the female lead just because she is the female lead...

This is was my first and favorite K-Drama even after 4 years

The good part is that besides the first one or two episodes, their chemistry and flirting moments are very good; light but cute without taking too much away from the E-Sport plot.

This show is another attempt of the writers trying to convince us or getting us immersed with nonsense. One of the oldest tropes is the abusive and jerk guy that's later tried to be justified with a sad past or something when we all know that that's not an excuse and for a girl to fall crazy in love with the guy is just plot armor and nonsense.

Some will call some of this realistic, but if I wanted something realistic I would be watch a reality show or a documentary. I watch romance stories to see how two people truly love each other and are meant to be, but this sounds like an aberration of that...

I am tired of that... love should be rewarding, not a sacrifice for someone that doesn't even deserve it!

What about break ups...? Do they ever break up after they get together? and when do they get together?

I think it is awesome that he is important in season 2, but in season 1, he was a jerk, and his abandonment issues were in his head all along, because that is how selfish he was before the whole "sacrifice" stuff.

Can you spoil me and let me know if there is a love triangle in the story, when the main couple get together, do they ever break up, and will they have a happy ending?

His "ultimate sacrifice" doesn't make it up for all the things he has done to harm his own brother and anything and everything that he seems to cares about for centuries...

Waiting for all episodes to air so you guys can tell me when they get together, if they ever break up and If it has a happy ending.

I will never understand why writers like to make us wait for so many episodes for the main leads together, and even worse, when they are about to be together, they start playing with our intelligence with the most stupid misunderstandings. This is why I say that dramas with an actual plot or a good villain should be the goal, and not shows that heavily rely on making us wait or angst or misunderstandings..

You know I meant... the whole plot surrounding the two men even if there are no feelings.
