Hello All! I love a good plot and good villains because it helps avoid some annoying unnecessary cliche elements like love triangles. Like in other Dramas, I don't mind that the romance is not front stage, but I am always looking for gems where realgardless of what happens, the main couple always stays together. is this one of them?
Just started this drama and I don't like the fl's character at all. She is just lost and confused. I'm dropping…
A huge part of the plot is her character development, and when she finally is free of the shadow of her family. However, there is a huge reward on waiting because when they finally get together, they never break up again and we are talking about 10+ episodes before the end, plus all the flirting and move interactions you get from them even in their struggles to be together since episode 1.
Episode 16 and I seriously can’t stand the FL. Her character is ruining the series for me.
What made me more upset with her was the fact that she was the one pushing her way into his life even after he decided to move on, only to push him away, the moment he finally started to open up and have hope again.
I’m on episode 11 and I seriously dislike the FL. Can’t stand her. She is selfish, has no back bone or personality.…
That's an important part of the show in her character development and how she can finally stand her ground against her disfunctional family once and for all.
For a show that dragged out so much detail I was surprised that there wasn’t any room for the wedding and her…
I agree... this is the kind of show where a time skip after the wedding showing that they are successful at their jobs and happy with their family (including children) is the epitome of a happy ending, which they deserved!
The brother being in love with his sister was kind of creepy even though he wasn’t her biological brother. He…
Yes, I agree. I dislike love triangles, and this one was very weird because the brother was not only infatuated with her, but was also possessive. To make things worse, her family was the biggest part of her problems, but never did anything to help her be free because that would mean that she would be out his reach, which apparently was more important that his "supposed feelings" for her, which again was beyond weird. I skip his scenes with every rewatch.
decided to do a rewatch telling myself I'll just skip past the parts I dont care about... just finished and didnt…
I am rewatching, and I feel like I'll want to skip the scenes with the weird Wei cousin and his crush and interactions with FL, but I don't think I'll want to skip anything else.
ep19 , ML says I'll give you the world and everything you want, FML says I don't want to pay the price of this…
I find it a lot better when the male lead has pride and walks away, and then the girl has to pursue the guy for a bit before they can reconnect the romance, but too many writers pass on this badass (in my opinion) option.
For a short J-Drama at least... I am just disappointed that there were so many possibilities for a better story with this premise. I personally, would have preferred if she found out earlier that he was a Yakuza and the story was more about her adaptating to the life of a Mafia boss even if they ended up free of the gang in the end.
Can't understand why people are saying this drama is bad. for me, this is one of the FL's best works, if not the…
You are one of the few people who I trust in the comment section, because I believe you have been consistent for a long time. I will watch this one, and hopefully will like this.
