A love triangle by its nature is annoying regardless if it is forced or not, because a romance story is about the main leads interacting, falling in love, getting together, staying together and achieving their happy ending, so anyone getting in the middle of that is an annoyance that should be either short or non existent with only a few examples, like being rejected...

Every show can use a good antagonist! It doesn't need to be a criminal, but a business rival, or a person that is trying to trick you to get something you have for them, or many other options to carry a plot towards a satisfactory resolution by having the main leads winning against something or someone... And about the love triangle, the shorter the better, and it should bring something to the story other than just this other guy simping for the girl.

Oh no... another love triangle... how about a good plot, a good villain and actual character development for a change

There are a few new dramas, and of course, a ton of older dramas that I haven't watched, but I don't seem to be able to find the next one that will make me truly enjoy watching...

I do believe that this list allows shows with break up, but the point of the list is that these dramas either have no break up at all, or that the break up is simple, short and without angst. For example, a misunderstanding or fight that has the main couple distanced from each other for less than an episode or two episodes when the show is 30+ episodes. Break ups can help the story move on and clear misunderstandings, but whenever you have the classic formula of either multiple break ups, or getting together after 70% of the show, to break up one episode later, and reconcile before the end, or anything along those lines, shouldn't be on this list. I am not talking about this specific drama in the original comment, but in general.

Yeah... I have to agree with you on that. instead of insisting on a never ending one sided crush, they should allow these second leads to get their love interest or their own side stories
