When do the main leads get together? I ask because it would be a shame that it took the whole show for them to get together, only to break up and then give us a 5 minutes happy ending...

I would let the character development happen before you can get any chemistry between the main leads on this one...

I know feelings change, and people go through break ups and that's completely normal, but I am not traveling across Dramaland for normal people... I am here for "true love", "true love" where two people love each other to the moon and back, and only that person, so whenever I see a main character, Man or Woman, breaking up with the love of their life to find another love of their life, it doesn't feel good...

I agree! I hate when this happens! I know that they writers want to show a man that is willing to pursue a woman, but one thing is to flirt and court a woman, and another one is to be someone's plan B, plan C or worse ...

Still, for whatever reason, two or more guys going after the female lead and having a lot of screentime instead of the male lead is a red flag for me.

I understand your point, and I believe there is some beauty to the notion of that kind of love, but I prefer places in Dramaland with True and exclusive love...

I don't want to sound weird, but I couldn't understand who was who in the first episodes because all names sounded the same and I was really trying to follow up.

I believe this drama is very good! But I have to agree with you, the whole political plotline and different factions, and characters are confusing and boring unless you get to be immersed in the story which I found difficult or you are a fan of the light novel or something. The romance is good but it takes some time and gets lost in between political stuff, but the martial arts, even exaggerated, I grew to love. In conclusion, for me, this is a great romance and fantasy show, but is hard to get into.

I am on episode 30, and I still cannot understand why they are trying to kill FL. I know that some cultures punish the whole family for the "sin" of a family member, but the emperor made clear that he wants her alive. However, this dude has been hunting her for 30+ episodes now, disregarding the authority of the new emperor or crown prince, or whatever...
