Because they don't know what they want... I prefer fluffy and lighthearted stories likes this one, but that obviously means a plot that is good enough to keep the story going, but nothing to serious and low angst. A lot of people say they want a lighthearted show, but then complain that it is "slow", or that it doesn't add anything new when the whole point is to have a simple story with a lot of funny and cute moments. Most complains sound like people asking for a superhero story in a light Rom-Com...

That's enough for me! I'll watch it!

What about break ups..?

Personally, I prefer this even when it may feel a bit boring sometimes. A villain that is present throughout the story and keeps the shadow of uncertainty alive while not really causing any harm in the end. I love that this shows avoids most of the usual cliches and tropes and we get to enjoy the main leads's relationship instead from beginning to end. However, I believe that it would've been better if they did not try to redeem the villain in the end, because it takes away from the feelings we are supposed to have to support the good ones and reject the bad ones. Nice romance, weak plot, good comedy, beautiful message and still a good an enjoyable show.

This show is great! but lacks substance! It is a nice ride about the main lead's lives and how they overcome bouncing back up after touching bottom, but that's part of the problem. While this show has a plot and villains, they fall into second and third place very quickly; instead we are introduced to a waiting game that will feel rewarding for some, but won't for so many others because a good show has something to resolve or some sense of progression. The show is great to spend time away from too much angst and enjoy their healing, but not so much for those who want cliff hangers and plot twists sprinkled with a good romance.

And your argument is...? Disregarding my comment does not make you right. It is a known fact that main leads do too many stuff that done by any other character, would be unacceptable.

I agree with you. Some writers create a huge mess that only gets worse even when only a few episodes are left, to them resolve everything too quickly like magic, instead of addressing these things earlier allowing time for the solution to be bigger than the problem...

You forget something important... main leads get a free pass for most things, and that's fine since the whole point of a romance show is for the main leads to end up together...

So .. did she end up marrying the brother (fake wedding) even after the confession..? Poor ML. If this is true, we have fallen in another story where only the male lead seems to be truly in love while the female lead claims that she loves him, but he is she the first thing she is willing to sacrifice and not the last...

Yes, you get a great happy ending for the old doctor, but don't expect too much from the young doctor, his romance has an open ending.

Yes! There is Romance! For the young doctor, it is just hints and nothing really happens until the end besides some jealousy moments, but the romance of the old Doctor is present throughout the whole story with his memories about the past and doing things out of love in the present.

Hello Lemon Best! Do you mind helping me with some spoilers for me to decide if I will watch this or not? I assume that those two are somewhat the main characters, so I would like to know if there is a love triangle with them? when they get together (what episode)? If they ever break up and for how long? and if they get a happy ending..?

That and I want to make sure before I waste my time, emotions and expectations on a story that could have a sad ending, a last minute misunderstanding, unnecessary break ups, stupid heavy love triangles and/or other tropes that are not worth it in the end.
