This is the kind of show that always go unnoticed by many just because it doesn't have any silly fluffy scenes or popular actors

A true hidden gem (if you're not into in this genre then that's another thing) where from start to finish it's perfectly paced, no unnecessary side stories, pure realistic police investigation and perfect use of multi dimensional theories.

A simple story idea written and executed at its finest. Love it.!

Everything was good but the most common mistakes of any horror movie happened here too, which is The weak reasons behind the big decisions. Still if we look past it then everything was really good

Above average show with great production, casting, acting and all (Except Music, especially the main theme was the worst). Only dissatisfied with the story. Same cliche story structure if you observe at it carefully or if you switch han so hee and Ahn bo Hyun roles.

Still entertained till the end. (I can now see some truth into people saying this show is overrated.)

Upto 6 (Maybe upto 7) ep it was banger but after that they completely changed the genre from Thriller, mystery, medical crime to slice of life, coming of age. That's why it felt awkward but still it was somehow able to maintain average charisma till the end.

Another one is the brain scan done by his ex. If the empathy disorder is due to Trauma then why both his ex and himself couldn't find out that there's nothing wrong with the brain. Both are neurosurgeon, ML is best in brain surgery but still......

From the very first long of the first ep I knew what will happen in the last.

So I lowered my expectations and kind of also worried with how things were going for last 3 to 4 eps (Except the last ep), but the last ep.....THE LAST EP!!!

It wasn't that much of a grand ep nor contained big twist scenes or anything like that, but the wrapping of every story is so beautifully done that made it worth.

I didn't watch the Japanese version but from what I have heard, the jao version was more dark (Some people may say it's more realistic) while the Korean version was light hearted (some people may say it's unrealistic), but both tried to show the same context but in a different manner.

In the end it's not a 'Watch Or die' type show, but it will be definitely worth your time.
