For an original series (not novel based) KaH is pretty well conceived compared to some of the other rubbish out there. And wow some of the dialogue is just too beautiful, esp between JYL&CYZ. Agree with you - i never got bored either or felt the need to ff. On a personal level i kinda like KaH more than Untamed even though it's theoretically a better series.

Just going off the 6 eps I've watched of WoH, Untamed still seems a better series overall. I don't think even Wei Ying/Lan Zhan can save me atm though ;_;

I checked out the 1st ep last night...you're right, its pretty good! The actors doing the voices are similar emough to the drama so im quite enjoying it. Only 2 eps subbed though... Hope they continue, need more!

Thanks, you all made me feel better :) I've been hung up on series before but not for this long! I'm going to keep trying with WoH but watching it (or anything else) while I'm still like this doesn't do it much justice.
I've got the KaH ost on replay too, all the tracks are so great. I'm watching other KaH content too on and off but there's just not enough out there!!
Gosh if these two collab again I will be over the moon! Their chemistry is really something special. Reading the novel translations are helping for now… maybe I'll start a rewatch soon hehe

Ahhh this series has screwed with ny head!! Im trying to get into WoH which i had intended to watch before KaH and my brain is telling me i should like this series, but my heart just cant move on from JYLxCYZ! Its been 13 days...whats wrong with me?!!

The whole shooting scene turned out to be a dream. Yeah, I guess they were pressured to make a bad ending then did this one to make the fans happy...

That whole dream scene was uneccessary. I found it much more cohesive watching it the above way. I suggest you guys wait for the subs before trying this :)

You know what? Dont even watch the alternate ending clip. When you get to the last ep, stop at around 27:46 and then watch the deleted scenes clip from 20:35. I'll post why in the spoiler below. Btw i am almost done with the subs. Hoping it'll be up either tonight or tomorrow.

Just to let people know, I am working on the soft subs for the deleted scenes compilations clip. I'm nearing the end so hopefully i can post it up soon!

It really depends what you really want to watch in a BL show. Its not overt - you're not going to get any direct confessions or kissing scenes, but there are hints of a deeper than bromance relationship. You should definitely check out the deleted scenes while watching for the more "juicy" bits. For me i found it really romantic but then i personally like subtle BL relationships. Sometimes less is more :)
