Yeah i see JB giving many chances to JYL only bcos he really admires him and does want him on his side, but he really gave him waaay too many chances. Plus he kept testing him, but i think he wasnt wholly convinced in the end even though he decided to reveal himself.
As for shooting CYZ i believe JYL and cyz both love Jing cheng very much, so much so that they would risk their lives. As for shooting your loved one to do achieve your lifelong goal (and maybe even killing them), it takes a lot of reflection and guts to do so. He must have weighed up the risk and trusted his ability to shoot where he needed to.

Haha SCI was the drama I meant to watch after WoH, but since I'm progressing through WoH at a snail's pace because of KaH, I'm not sure when that will happen!
Had a look and bai chi means idiot/moron where the character you mentioned is probably named bai qi (not chi) which is pronounced similarly... poor guy
