Movie mature scenes are different from drama mature scenes. People love dramas because most drama mature scenes limited to kissing scenes, nothing more. When dramas take some episodes to hold hands let alone kiss scenes, it's meaningful and more impactful. Unnecessary makeout scenes in every episode is annoying,then kdrama is nothing different from westernised shows.
