I love a full-blown romance, but am really, really enjoying Typhoon Family, even though the romance is sort of secondary. I think that's because when we do get romance it is soooooooo good. If you are a costume drama fan, you will adore this series. I am not a costume drama fan at all (Bon Appetite, Your Majesty is my one concession) and fast forwarded through a lot, maybe most, of the palace intrigue and fighting. Still, I loved the love story and am happy I got to watch it. If I were a costume fan, I'd definitely give this a 9 or 10.
