It was cute. There were some moments that I thought he was a bit too pushy, but overall I can see why people like…
I keep wondering if the actress's arm was sore during the filming, he grabbed her arm/wrist so much. Loved this series, though, and rewatching now for like the 4th or 5th time. And yes, the kisses were good. Even that first unexpected smooch. :)
I'm on episode 25 & it really doesn't figure much in the drama. I would say it's only making up 15% of drama.…
I was, too. I might not normally have tuned into this, but thankfully our pals over at Shine on Me suggested it so I gave it a go and am SO glad I did! Now I'm about to dive into My Page in the 90s! :)
Still missing LBL, but looking forward to my binge.
I had all intentions to start over from ep 1 last night but my body refused to cooperate since I stayed up all…
I am trying to erase the show from my memory so it will be all fresh and new when I start my rewatch any day now. I also ordered some frozen hawthorn haws from UberEats today!!!
I just finished watching LBL and here I am about to watch this..lowkey feel like a crime
Lol. I fell so hard for the LBL couple I felt like I was cheating on the Shine on Me leads. Let's just pray it's really, really good and the roll of great series continues!
because in her mind she think her husband took his own life and leave all the burden on her to take care of deal…
There also was a mention of her poor health in that conversation, which is why he held back, I believe. But you're right. She was so selfish and clueless that the use of his full name in the text never registered with her.
I still don’t get his mom; clearly she was not there for her son at all and yet she’s blaming it on her health…
I agree with everything you've said here. But he was going to tell his mum what he'd overheard between the step-father and the contractor but overheard a conversation between his useless mum and the Pei senior about her poor health so he kept it to himself.
🤣🤣🤣🤣! That was so ridiculous. Buffalo Bill and his Band-Aid. But at least he had finally the brains…
Yes. And now he's all alone in the world, just like Yu used to be. But when he pulled that box out of his pocket, I was, like, OMG. ARE you kidding me?!?
maybe it's better that way lol... i always thought ms zhou had her suspicions though!
I think she definitely knows, starting with when he had her get the gown for Xiu.
I also think the wrist scene was a clue for the team, plus when they were going for a team dinner, the two took off on their own. This office group was exceptional. They never resented her for being given so much responsibility on the Lyman project and the trust he placed in her despite her zero experience as an architect and the project she got to lead right after and welcomed her from day one with open arms. There also wasn't any ladies room gossip/speculation about her as we see in other dramas. The only gossip in the group was Sun and he was harmless.
