A masterpiece? Seriously? I haven't seen it yet, I just skimmed through the last episode... And what can I say…
My Golden Blood was pretty bad. But to say it was the best GMMTV series... There's zero script. I think I'll stick to Sammon's scripts, which are really good.
A masterpiece? Seriously? I haven't seen it yet, I just skimmed through the last episode... And what can I say about the ‘fight’!? Completely cheap. It's poorly done, poorly choreographed. I was looking forward to the new Boun/Prem, but after seeing that, I'm not sure I'll watch the drama.
Apart from a few dramas, I'm not at all keen on Japanese dramas. I have a hard time with this culture of everyone being polite, nice, too polite and nice to be honest. Nobody can be that smooth in life. Everyone is imperfect, yells, gets angry, screams. All this makes this drama impossible for me to watch to the end. Already, from the 1st episode, I felt it wasn't going to make it. Smooth characters, too soft, never a word higher than the other... So I let it go, I skimmed over it, but even the few scenes with Mashiro's mother and Kanade's father are unpleasant to follow.
The characters are sorely lacking in roughness, it's very bland and limp throughout, and the kisses, are we talking about them? Worthy of a Korean drama from the 2000s. Even the chemistry isn't there. If you're afraid of kissing, MM, GG or MG, you need a different line of work. After all, it's 2025, and kisses that barely touch the lips are good for kindergarteners.
As someone who loves characters with character, this is a dud.
dude I just finished it and I’m sooo confused! like how did he survived? but I asked myself this question with…
If it really is Kong, what really bothers me is that Sun spent too much time in prison when he could have said, “Hey, I'm alive... Jun-ho is the real culprit.”
I mean totally different genres lol, THK was a romcom, and this one is a crime mystery.
That doesn't mean a romantic comedy can't be good. On The Heart Killers, everything was a mess. Zero consistency, zero plot. Luckily, there were Joong/Dunk and First/Khao. But they can't carry a drama on their own, especially when it's empty.
Dommage.
I think they both deserve new partners. Please please please, let's collectively put an end to this pair as a…
I don't agree. Tutor and Yim have great chemistry together. The problem is the script. If the script is empty, the actors can't help it. It's like Love Sea. Fort and peat have incredible chemistry and Mame came up with a lousy script. But that's not his usual style. She's used to better. In Bed Friends, Yim's character was so silly, but they still wanted to make Middleman's Love. Which was very bad. But the Tutor/Yim achimie was really good. In Cutie Pie too. The only thing to change is the screenwriter, who can't come up with a good script. After all, the BL industry mass-produces films to satisfy the hunger of BL fans in Thailand, and it doesn't bank on a good script. This year, the best BL I've seen is 4 minutes. Original script, absolutely incredible acting. Good direction. Sammon didn't rush to come up with a script, and I think that's the right thing to do. Think before you write.
I really don't think we're actually dealing with multiple converging timelines but more like a Lost purgatory…
I was thinking of a parallel world. In one Dome is alive and in the other it's dead. The end of the episode reminded me of this. Dome goes home, calls Tonkla. Tonkla hears him, but doesn't see him. I also thought of, as Ivy said, Lost and its purgatory.
