Xiumin of “Paper Cuts” song saves the show.
As a new K-Pop fan I was excited to learn that the male lead Xiumin is also lead vocal on one of my favorite songs — “Paper Cuts” with South Korean group EXO. In my opinion, his gentle nature saves the show.
The time travel aspect of the story is weaker than I’d hoped with the only consistent link to the past being his reincarnated adversaries and Joseon Era costumes. Xiumin alone made the storyline as believable as it could be. He definitely deserves a less bitchy, self-destructive FL.
