I just finished episode 14, and I am so annoyed....ugh!! Why?? This fall in love with your oppressor trope is so annoying to me.. like can we not ship people with their trauma?? I get not holding a grudge, i even understand the friendship... It's no different from all the date your bully stories out there..ugh!!!!!
It's a great drama watch it! But I'm not sure i am willing to be angry at my screen for the last two episodes.
Oh my GOD!!!! WOW! I don't know who in S.Korea to thank for bank rolling these art pieces.... It's so beautiful.... And is this female lead real??? Is she??? Wooooow. If A Piece of Your Mind was winter, this is summer.
This even has some beautiful animation! Even the depiction of autism hasn't upset me... It is early yet.. but I am so hopeful.
It was nice it was great! But what I'm really here for is to rant about this bullshit breakup in episode 15...
I am so pissed, IS THIS AJUMMA SERIOUS!!!!??? The boy has been insulted by members of your family you ex husbands family, staff, strangers online!!!! And he hung on, he only listened to you looked to you!!!! And one crying conversation with just ONE person from his camp and you're out???????????? Ugh!!! I am so mad, I want to drag her to that bloody playground and pull at each others hair!!!! It's honestly a character flaw for me, like how many time must be chase her??? How many??????? She just sits there with her strong silent type trope and receives love and presents and then one teary conversation with an easily convinced mother and you quit!??????
I'm sure a happy ending is impending, but I want to flip the table they are breaking up at!!!!!!!!
Then the stupid ost had the fall to make me cry! I am upset!!!!
The acting performances in this drama are insane! From the FL to the ML, every supporting character was a gem, I looked forward to seeing everyone of them. This ML is sooooooo good. I'm so happy he got a lead role, and wasn't wasted on SL!
I'm not even done with this and I keep re-watching the episodes I've already watched.. this was casted so well... And the acting performances, phew... They are so good.
I actually really liked this show, despite not being able to stomach one of the main characters.. I even think it has rewatch value.... But the ML is too unlikeable, he's also too old to be playing the role, you would look at him in scenes and think what is this ahjussi doing here! The second male lead I loved. He's one of those "you forget he's handsome" actors.. I think he's actually a scene stealer in this series... Also LMAO, but why do K-dramas struggle with endings? Every drama I watch now, I laugh at the hilarious botched ending...
Fam, this was like basic basic... like basic. The best actors in this thing were Gong Myung and Park Kyu Sun. Every other performance was so bad it was cringy.... What were they thinking when they cast this???? This is probably the first time I've disliked both ML & FL! I could not stand them. I felt like I was being punished because I have to finish any Drama I start... I watched it in pain, I was always waiting for the supporting characters.. the storyline is fair, but the casting just drags it down!!!! Who did this???? Also won't they end up with a halfling child?? Why is Biryeon so upset? Why doesn't Half guy just ignore them. The whole Mura character I just kept skipping after a couple episodes, I didn't miss anything! They could have made a nice light-hearted take on Gods, but the cast was a bit much for me. I'll never forgive the ML lead for his shaking lip thing...
This was a nice, however this series like a lot of others commits the crime of saying too much, that's not it's business. The drama could have been 12 episodes comfortably.... The middle and end were dragggggggged on for me.
I wish she would get more main roles! I feel like she doesn't get cast because she's too pretty, and the audience wouldn't care for depth from her. But she's such a good actress... Even when I hated her character, I couldn't stop watching her..

It's basically moving art, and not in a headachy way. The rewatch value of this is sooo high... I'll watch this again in 2025 and still love it.
